“Went to the M&T Bank over in East Syracuse. I needed to have my letter notarized. They told me that I would have to make an appointment with the person that does that. This was about 11:00 or 12:00 in the morning and the appointment that they were going to give me would be at 2:00 in the afternoon. I said that I lived a distance from this Bank and stop there because I had an appointment in that area at that time. I asked if there was another M&T Bank close by that I could go to. They told me there was one in Fayetteville. My son took me over to the Fayetteville branch and I asked if I had to have an appointment to have the notary sign the letter that I needed signed and they told me, "No you don't need an appointment." I had it signed right away by "Erica I Bye" Assistant Vice President, Senior Relationship Banker. I was very impressed with this Bank. It's a little bit closer to where I live so I will probably be going here or the Canastota M&T branch.”
“I went to Cole for PT on my back and hip. If your in pain please don't hesitate to make an appt. Cole is very understanding and very good at what he does. His office is right next door to the Post Office in the Med. Building. I give him 5 stars.”
“For those of you that need to do your banking on the run, this is the M&T drive through to stop at especially if you are zipping through the downtown elevated interchange. It is close enough to an exit and entrance to either direction on I81 or I690. It is primarily a motor banking port having two motor banking windows with live tellers during regular banking hours. You can park and go to the inside counter, but I never have gone inside. The tellers are always friendly and helpful. What I like best about driving through here is that they never go to next day business while open. There is also a 24 hour drive up ATM.”
“I was greeted as soon as I entered by a woman helping another customer. Brad then helped me notarize a paper, get a cashier check, & change my address smoothly and quickly. Not sure why they have such low scores with no explanation.”

“Well I had what I thought was a real $100 so I went in looking completely ridiculous in my work clothes with my coffee. I went up to a very nice man named Christopher and I was informed they have machines not markers to check for counterfeits. Embarrassingly enough as I went to hand it to him I noticed plain as day that it said Play Money. I’m sure I looked super sus shoving it back in my pocket and dismissing it but he didn’t make me feel like he was suspicious of me and didn’t make me feel embarrassed if anything he just reassured me that he could help me if I found I needed it. So that’s very nice customer service though I wasn’t a customer and my brain was definitely not working”

“I frequently visit the Cicero Chase bank. The staff inside are always helpful and friendly. My only complaint is they need to replace the outside ATM. Today I stopped to deposit money in the ATM in the foyer and it was out of order. The only ATM left is inside the bank, fortunately the doors were still open just past 5 and I was able to use the inside machine. Otherwise I would have had to wait until tomorrow to make my deposit as there are no branches near my home.”
“I went to Key Bank to make sure I had no overdraft fees and they promise me that and then a couple months later I was charged $40. I even called them up and they said there was nothing that they could do so. If I were you I would choose a different bank they nickel and dime the hell out of you?”
