“I purchased a wedding gift from a Reeds/Jenss store out of town. Three days before the wedding I realized the wrapped gift was broken as I could hear glass inside. Thursday morning I called the local Reeds Jewelry store and explained my situation. Even though they are exclusive to jewelry, Natalie did not stop there. After confirming my purchase in their system, she made some calls and arranged for a new bowl to be over-nighted to her store. By Friday afternoon I exchanged the broken item for the new piece and was off to the Wedding on Saturday with gift in hand. Natalie went above and beyond the call of service and truly acted like it was her honor to help me. Quality customer service you don’t see everyday anymore.”

“I have been suffering from miserable foot issues for some time and was having a good bit of trouble finding shoes that alleviated my pain. A relative had highly recommended a lesser known and quite expensive brand, but no stores in my area carried them. I was driving from Indiana back to my home in Maine and I looked online to see if I could find any stores that carried them along my path. I called from somewhere in Ohio to Paul Karaz Shoes and explained my situation. Shelby encouraged me to stop by when I got to that area. I did so and I'm so glad I did. Paige patiently listened to my tale of woe, examined my feet and the shoes I was wearing and made great recommendations. I was not even able to buy anything there, because they didn't have what I needed in stock, but I got better advice than I've gotten anywhere else and am currently wearing shoes that have given me more relief than anything else I've tried to date. “I am looking for GUCCI battery replacement from last 2 months . However I am not using watch actively so NO hurry to me .I have tired in Destiny mall and in Erie Blvd and I shocked by listening prices like 100 $ plus and Erie Blvd guys planned to send it to Swiss with 150$ deposit amount and will be ready in 2 months .LOL.These manlius Jewellery guys are really awesome and all I paid is just 8 $ and it’s done in 10 minutes. That’s the reasonable cost too .I would strongly suggest our local manlius shop .”

They have such a nice assortment of quality gifts at reasonable prices-bath and body-gourmet treats-local items-jewelry -pet items-stationery-hostess gifts- and more. The store owner is very knowledgeable about her products and answered all my questions about the gourmet treats and bath and body products I wanted to purchase, but she let me shop at a leisurely pace so I could think about what I wanted for all the people on my gift list. It was such a nice relaxing experience. She wrapped my gifts and I have never seen gift wrapping done this way.
The wrapping is so beautiful I think the gift recipients may just want to look at the gifts and not open them! I will definitely be
