“Had the pleasure of coming in today and working with the lady with redhair (sorry forgot her name), despite having bronchitis and her feeling awful she gave me the best customer service I have ever received from this store!! I just came in to have my ring cleaned and despite being sick she was still laughing and having an amazing conversation. I also had a lot of laughs the guy that worked their with glasses. If I could give this location more stars I would!! Definitely worth the time and drive to come to this store.”

Jay was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about his products and the selection was well picked and suitable for most customers from casual to professional interests. Always willing to negotiate on prices which are reasonable to begin with. Some very unique offerings we’ve not found anywhere else in our travels. Visit their Instagram site as well for videos of their newest acquisitions. Anyone interested in rocks and minerals needs to visit when in the area. Highly recommend.”

“A fun shopping experience! There was live music in the coffee shop upstairs when we visited, and on the ground floor there are lots of candles, cards and local Syracuse gifts. In the basement, there were some vendors selling art, vintage clothes, and jewelry, though a lot of the stores/stalls were closed.”

They have such a nice assortment of quality gifts at reasonable prices-bath and body-gourmet treats-local items-jewelry -pet items-stationery-hostess gifts- and more. The store owner is very knowledgeable about her products and answered all my questions about the gourmet treats and bath and body products I wanted to purchase, but she let me shop at a leisurely pace so I could think about what I wanted for all the people on my gift list. It was such a nice relaxing experience. She wrapped my gifts and I have never seen gift wrapping done this way.
The wrapping is so beautiful I think the gift recipients may just want to look at the gifts and not open them! I will definitely be

“I love the staff and have had many excellent experiences. Part of my collection is Silver Eagle Proofs. I generally give them plenty of notice of what I am looking for. The shop typically doesn’t have what I am asking for and states the Colorado branch has them or is expecting them. By the time I actually get an opportunity the price is now thru the roof. Had I been able to purchase it somewhere in the beginning it would have been reasonable.
