“I went to Giovanni’s for wedding suit rentals. It was over all a great experience. 2 local groomsmen and 4 from out of town. The 4 out of town guys sent in their measurements. On pick up day everything fit very well or they did minor alterations on the spot! They know what they are doing and do it well. Much better than any of the national chains, and easier to work with. Go here for rentals or any of your suit needs! They do it all!”
“After purchasing multiple garments from here, I have once again been impressed. I was in a pinch after receiving a shrunk jacket from the dry cleaners and only had two days to figure it out. Mr. Shop was able to step in and help out, making my special day able to happen. Aside from this, everything I buy from them is bought with satisfaction. “Went in to order prescription sunglasses and was nervous about getting the correct size frames because I had problems with a pair I just bought at LensCrafters not fitting me well. I explained the fit issues I was having with my current glasses to Kateri and she took the time to look at them and make the needed adjustments to make the glasses fit correctly...even though I didn't purchase them direct from Oakley! She was then very helpful with ordering the new prescription sunglasses. Kateri was very patient and thorough the entire time to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted...something LensCrafters failed to do. I am definitely making all future Oakley product purchases directly from this Oakley store from now on.”

“Stopped here because I saw a top I liked in the window. When I asked a staff member about it, she immediately knew where it was. All the staff members were friendly and knowledgeable. Bella, who seemed to be in training, helped me to find several things, and suggested multiple things I might like. She was very attentive despite the business of the store. Their clothes are cute, unique, and not too expensive for the most part. Would recommend next time you’re at Destiny Mall!”

“This is a great location. Ongoing specials, and the Kohl's Cash perk is generous. In particular, I found the sales associates at checkout to be friendly and helpful on recent visits, including when working through fairly complicated transactions/returns.”
“At first, I was sketched because I wasn’t sure what to expect from this small shoe store. I was impressed at the fact the shoe store staff got on my first order right away the next day and already shipped it out. This process is actually much faster and better than other big companies’ operations, where you’d have to wait for days for your order to be “processed” first. By the way, the price on the Men’s ADIDAS OG SAMBA shoes were off the chart, too!
Anyway, boo on the first order though because the associate who packed my order accidentally sent me size 12 in US men size instead of 11 1/2. It was simply an error, but I contacted the store. The store manager resolved it quickly and immediately sent me another (correct) order, and I received it the following week.
10/10 recommend this store. You won’t regret it. Yes, it’s a small store, but the staff really work hard to please their customers. I can’t complain. 👋🙏”

“Nice store, decent selection, always greeted by any associate I walk passed. My only gripe is I used to be a Coach Insider (they recently did away with rewards) but I have an account, they ask for my phone number to look it up, yet my purchase hardly ever goes under my account… In the past, I would make a purchase and I’d get an emailed receipt almost instantly and it’d show up in my online account. Seems like a system glitch but I really wish they’d get it fixed. It’s been a couple years of this issue. Why bother giving my information if my purchase doesn’t get linked to my account?!?”

“There was a possible active shooter in the mall tonight, and the Zumiez staff was nothing short of absolutely amazing. They were calm professional and extremely kind. These were young women and men that could have have been facing life threatening danger. They tried to protect customers by asking that they remained in the store while they were locking down. Even after it was all clear they had helped me find gifts for my family. This is not the first incident at the mall, many of the employees have been through multiple incidents like this. I hope the company knows how profoundly professional and kind these employees are. What true assets to the company these young women and men are. Your employees should get a raise and recognition!”

“The Macy's at a mall named Destiny should live up to the namesake mall and indeed it does. It is above the average floor plan of all the ones I have been to, well lit, well organized, with the exception of the flag ship Manhattan store, of course. All that is to say this is a big department store and in this online shopping age, almost anachronistic but in a pleasant way. Perhaps due to the online competition and always a goal of efficiency, associates are far and few in between the almost 200,000 squarer foot location. We were only able to finally check out after locating a third checkout counter. I'm sure we could have found help quicker if we tried harder but there was no hurry and we just enjoyed the chill vibe and the clean and clear ambience. Taking one star off for a non-fictionless check out experience. Once they figured out automatic self checkout, they won't need any sales associates or check out cashiers, then they can justify the reduced staffing. Until then, they should work harder at collecting their sales dollars as frictionless as possible and hire the right number of associates required to provide adequate coverage of the sales floor, not leaving impatient paying customers walk out the store in frustration since Amazon could deliver it same or next day now.”
