Tom provides quality services at a fair price. I’m very happy!?if you arrive from E Willow St, be careful pulling up to the parking. The angle of the curb is odd, and my bf blew up a tire once. Be gentle when you drive up ? and yes even with that, we still get our alterations done here!”

“I was on my way to New York City, driving from northern Ontario, through Syracuse. I was taking my puppy to the city for a specialized surgery at the Schwarzman Animal hospital. I had absolutely no cute clothes with me, so decided to shop for some outfits before I arrived in New York. I Googled shops in Syracuse, and Vagabond came up with good reviews, so I decided to stop in and see what I could find. Wow, I was so impressed with this shop! Vagabond has an amazing selection of incredibly cute styles! I was so happy that I stopped in. They even let me bring in my 5 month old puppy!Don't hesitate to shop here, Vagabond is amazing!”

“Initially the two employees in the store had no interest in helping me with my issue. They're level of customer service was laughable. Later we returned to the store hoping to meet with the store manager but we eventually met with a woman who was extremely helpful and she made the whole experience worth while. She definitely knew what customer service meant and she did her job well. I don't remember her name but she was definitely an asset to the Oakley Store.”

“I had an absolute pleasure with Chad. I came in for measurements and he took care of me. He gave me pants, vest, jacket, and shoes to try on; he then grabbed all my measurements. He also made sure to explain what each number means and walked me through the style of cut I should go with. No charge and made sure to let me know I can call for extra questions. Can't recommend Chad and Tuxedo Junction enough!”
