“After purchasing multiple garments from here, I have once again been impressed. I was in a pinch after receiving a shrunk jacket from the dry cleaners and only had two days to figure it out. Mr. Shop was able to step in and help out, making my special day able to happen. Aside from this, everything I buy from them is bought with satisfaction. From the moment you step in the store, someone is willing to help. They also make you feel very welcomed and ask appropriate questions. They have earned my business for as long as I’m in or near Syracuse. I recommend them without hesitation to family and friends.”

“Tom, thank you for your assistance and expertise in helping outfit my husband, Paul for our son’s upcoming wedding. We had countless choices from fabrics swatches to buttons to select. From style, fit, fabrics of texture and sheen, you have it all!! The attention to detail and the quality of goods was vast, but not overwhelming. You gave opinions but ultimately let us choose for ourselves. We loved the process and can’t thank you enough for your knowledge and your patience. This process was very new to us, but you made us feel welcomed and valued. We loved the custom shirt and suit and will continue to shop with you for future needs. Thank you for guaranteeing our happiness and your work speaks for itself!!! Beautiful and Bespoke.”

“Went in to order prescription sunglasses and was nervous about getting the correct size frames because I had problems with a pair I just bought at LensCrafters not fitting me well. I explained the fit issues I was having with my current glasses to Kateri and she took the time to look at them and make the needed adjustments to make the glasses fit correctly...even though I didn't purchase them direct from Oakley! She was then very helpful with ordering the new prescription sunglasses. Kateri was very patient and thorough the entire time to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted...something LensCrafters failed to do. I am definitely making all future Oakley product purchases directly from this Oakley store from now on.”

“Nice store, decent selection, always greeted by any associate I walk passed. My only gripe is I used to be a Coach Insider (they recently did away with rewards) but I have an account, they ask for my phone number to look it up, yet my purchase hardly ever goes under my account… In the past, I would make a purchase and I’d get an emailed receipt almost instantly and it’d show up in my online account. Seems like a system glitch but I really wish they’d get it fixed. It’s been a couple years of this issue. Why bother giving my information if my purchase doesn’t get linked to my account?!?”

“We stopped in because my boyfriend started a new job that's business casual. James was phenomenal. We're not shoppers and he helped build basically a whole wardrobe for my love. I recommend stopping in. He also gave us some water. The whole experience was amazing and it's because of James.”

“Arrow was literally the best place I ever went to in the high school in middle school. They always knock it out of the park in there. Their prices are phenomenal. My niece just went their school shopping and their clothes are adorable. I’m really excited to see that they added a juicy couture display in there and a hello kitty display. Keep up the good work on upping your game in there. !! They always satisfy you whenever you go in there with the clothing.!!”

“The staff at this store in Syracuse are so friendly and helpful, especially Amber, who helped me find the perfect sports bra, speaking on her own experience of wearing different ones. She also helped me find some good bargains in the back of the store. On another note, the free hemming service is amazing.”

“You can’t teach sincere kindness or a genuine desire to help someone. If you’re lucky (no pun intended) enough to get Wilson in store, he is that guy. He could not have been more helpful and personal. Great attitude and a great energy. I hate shopping for clothes and truly had a great experience because of him.”

“I’m leaving a four star bc I am a business owner myself and I understand the importance of positive reviews, however I went there for the first time yesterday, Friday Dec. 22, at 3:30pm, and no one answered the phones. I ran over there anyway, to find the storefront windows were covered in brown paper and the door locked. As if they weren’t in business. If they moved from Salina street why haven’t they haven’t posted a new address online, or posted a photo of the new building, and if they are out of business then why did someone leave a review 5 days ago and why are their phones still going to their voicemail? It’s more than a bit peculiar.”

“At first, I was sketched because I wasn’t sure what to expect from this small shoe store. I was impressed at the fact the shoe store staff got on my first order right away the next day and already shipped it out. This process is actually much faster and better than other big companies’ operations, where you’d have to wait for days for your order to be “processed” first. By the way, the price on the Men’s ADIDAS OG SAMBA shoes were off the chart, too! Anyway, boo on the first order though because the associate who packed my order accidentally sent me size 12 in US men size instead of 11 1/2. It was simply an error, but I contacted the store. The store manager resolved it quickly and immediately sent me another (correct) order, and I received it the following week. 10/10 recommend this store. You won’t regret it. Yes, it’s a small store, but the staff really work hard to please their customers. I can’t complain. 👋🙏”

“There was a possible active shooter in the mall tonight, and the Zumiez staff was nothing short of absolutely amazing. They were calm professional and extremely kind. These were young women and men that could have have been facing life threatening danger. They tried to protect customers by asking that they remained in the store while they were locking down. Even after it was all clear they had helped me find gifts for my family. This is not the first incident at the mall, many of the employees have been through multiple incidents like this. I hope the company knows how profoundly professional and kind these employees are. What true assets to the company these young women and men are. Your employees should get a raise and recognition!”

“This is the one stop shop to get anything related to the Syracuse university sports teams. We were visiting from Canada and were looking for some souvenir type "Syracuse" merch and happily left with some great hoodies. There's all kinds of apparel for the whole family - tshirts, hoodies, sweaters, pants, fleece, hats etc in a variety of price points and brands. You can get basic Gildan printed wear, Columbia, Champion and Nike just to give you examples. The best selection and makes a great gift!”

“Awesome place, awesome staff, awesome product! I've been following this company around Syracuse for years now. Each and every location has been staffed with welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable people. The product selection swaps pretty regularly but is always good stuff! I'm an edible eater not a smoker, so I can't speak on the bud--but the edibles have never failed to hit for me~ I've never had a negative experience with these guys, and I'm pretty convinced the negative reviews are competitors or just those who have a hard time following and understanding protocol. Nothing has ever been difficult for myself, friends, family, or strangers I interact with in the shops. Great place, hope they stick around because places like F****S***** upcharge, dont carry anything strong enough for me, or just seem shoddy in someway. These guys are down to Earth.”
