“After purchasing multiple garments from here, I have once again been impressed. I was in a pinch after receiving a shrunk jacket from the dry cleaners and only had two days to figure it out. Mr. Shop was able to step in and help out, making my special day able to happen. Aside from this, everything I buy from them is bought with satisfaction. From the moment you step in the store, someone is willing to help. They also make you feel very welcomed and ask appropriate questions. They have earned my business for as long as I’m in or near Syracuse. I recommend them without hesitation to family and friends.”

“Went in to order prescription sunglasses and was nervous about getting the correct size frames because I had problems with a pair I just bought at LensCrafters not fitting me well. I explained the fit issues I was having with my current glasses to Kateri and she took the time to look at them and make the needed adjustments to make the glasses fit correctly...even though I didn't purchase them direct from Oakley! She was then very helpful with ordering the new prescription sunglasses. Kateri was very patient and thorough the entire time to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted...something LensCrafters failed to do. I am definitely making all future Oakley product purchases directly from this Oakley store from now on.”
“I’m leaving a four star bc I am a business owner myself and I understand the importance of positive reviews, however I went there for the first time yesterday, Friday Dec. 22, at 3:30pm, and no one answered the phones. I ran over there anyway, to find the storefront windows were covered in brown paper and the door locked. As if they weren’t in business. If they moved from Salina street why haven’t they haven’t posted a new address online, or posted a photo of the new building, and if they are out of business then why did someone leave a review 5 days ago and why are their phones still going to their voicemail? It’s more than a bit peculiar.”

“Stopped here because I saw a top I liked in the window. When I asked a staff member about it, she immediately knew where it was. All the staff members were friendly and knowledgeable. Bella, who seemed to be in training, helped me to find several things, and suggested multiple things I might like. She was very attentive despite the business of the store. Their clothes are cute, unique, and not too expensive for the most part. Would recommend next time you’re at Destiny Mall!”
“At first, I was sketched because I wasn’t sure what to expect from this small shoe store. I was impressed at the fact the shoe store staff got on my first order right away the next day and already shipped it out. This process is actually much faster and better than other big companies’ operations, where you’d have to wait for days for your order to be “processed” first. By the way, the price on the Men’s ADIDAS OG SAMBA shoes were off the chart, too!
Anyway, boo on the first order though because the associate who packed my order accidentally sent me size 12 in US men size instead of 11 1/2. It was simply an error, but I contacted the store. The store manager resolved it quickly and immediately sent me another (correct) order, and I received it the following week.
10/10 recommend this store. You won’t regret it. Yes, it’s a small store, but the staff really work hard to please their customers. I can’t complain. 👋🙏”

“Nice store, decent selection, always greeted by any associate I walk passed. My only gripe is I used to be a Coach Insider (they recently did away with rewards) but I have an account, they ask for my phone number to look it up, yet my purchase hardly ever goes under my account… In the past, I would make a purchase and I’d get an emailed receipt almost instantly and it’d show up in my online account. Seems like a system glitch but I really wish they’d get it fixed. It’s been a couple years of this issue. Why bother giving my information if my purchase doesn’t get linked to my account?!?”

“Arrow was literally the best place I ever went to in the high school in middle school. They always knock it out of the park in there. Their prices are phenomenal. “There was a possible active shooter in the mall tonight, and the Zumiez staff was nothing short of absolutely amazing. They were calm professional and extremely kind. These were young women and men that could have have been facing life threatening danger. They tried to protect customers by asking that they remained in the store while they were locking down. Even after it was all clear they had helped me find gifts for my family. This is not the first incident at the mall, many of the employees have been through multiple incidents like this. I hope the company knows how profoundly professional and kind these employees are. What true assets to the company these young women and men are. Your employees should get a raise and recognition!”

“For the last couple of years, I have come to know Macy's for its diamond jewelry - gifts to both wife and daughter. Each purchase has been made after testing and stressing the limits of knowledge that each sale clerk has about what is selling under the glass. Somehow I always manage to whitle my advisors down to the one with whom I develop the best protagonist-antagonist relationship. There is much more to the product relationship I feel is necessary, if I am going to come close to my credit spending max. I deserve to feel that my gift giving can also pass along added value in storied information beyond carats diamond, karats gold, and best offer selling price.”

I've been following this company around Syracuse for years now. Each and every location has been staffed with welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable people. The product selection swaps pretty regularly but is always good stuff! I'm an edible eater not a smoker, so I can't speak on the bud--but the edibles have never failed to hit for me~
I've never had a negative experience with these guys, and I'm pretty convinced the negative reviews are competitors or just those who have a hard time following and understanding protocol. Nothing has ever been difficult for myself, friends, family, or strangers I interact with in the shops.
Great place, hope they stick around because places like F****S***** upcharge, dont carry anything strong enough for me, or just seem shoddy in someway. These guys are down to Earth.”
“Went in this past weekend because my Sk8-Hi MTEs had a delaminating issue with the sole. Got them returned and a full refund no questions asked. On top of that the store manager let me know he would be putting in a quality concern for this product.

“This is the one stop shop to get anything related to the Syracuse university sports teams. We were visiting from Canada and were looking for some souvenir type "Syracuse" merch and happily left with some great hoodies. There's all kinds of apparel for the whole family - tshirts, hoodies, sweaters, pants, fleece, hats etc in a variety of price points and brands. You can get basic Gildan printed wear, Columbia, Champion and Nike just to give you examples. The best selection and makes a great gift!”
