“Excellent !! I needed a starter for my silverado. I usually do my own work as much as I can. I diagnosed the problem myself and thought it was the starter but I could nit get the bolts out. Mike's service was highly recommended to me by a coworker. I decided to give them a chance. They diagnosed and came to the same conclusion, replaced my starter and charged me what I thought was very reasonable. I will honestly recommend them. If you need any auto repairs or something you can't figure out give Mike's service a chance.”

“So i thought i had a bad front driver side wheel bearing. Being a shade tree mechanic i figured i could knock it out in a weekend. Unfortunately it was frozen in the hub pretty good. I decided to bring it over to Big 4 on midler park.i imagined they would be pretty busy and the jeep would be down for a few days. Jon Hart greeted me and explained he might be able to get it done by noon same day?!?! I was really excited about that. He mentioned he would take a look and get back to me. Within a few hours he called and explained my options and that both hubs need replacement. With 130,000 miles i figured it was due. Jon said they could complete the job by noon. I was complete impressed. The price was more than fair. Definitely check out Jon and his team. I will definitely bring my service work to Big 4 tire. Thanks for getting me back on the road quickly!”

“I have taken my car to Walts many times. They are always honest and call me to let me know if my car needs additional work. They let me know the cost and ask if I want it done. The other day I scraped my car against a pole accidentally. As a young woman with her first car I was super upset. Today when getting my winter tires on I asked if they could also quote me on the pole damage. After I got my tires on a man (I think his name was Larry, I can't remember) walked outside and said it was an easy fix. He got a rag with something on it and managed to wipe it all away! So many places would've tried to take advantage of me but he did it with a smile and didn't charge me. Walt's is so great and dependable.”

“No reason to not give 5 stars, but the fact that I got dinged almost 12% of my bill as "shop supplies" is ridiculous to me. It's a small lawnmower tire. What on earth "shop supplies" are needed to shove a tube into a dinky tire? I get that everybody is dealing with increased prices, but justify what shop supplies u needed for this job!!! Guess I'm "just being petty! " Otherwise, they did what I paid them to do , in a timely manner.”

Scotty's was the only place I called that even mentioned trying to get the bolt out instead of jumping straight to replacing the oil pan. “I was on a long road trip and had a nail removed from my car’s tires earlier in the trip. A few days later, the low pressure indicator came on and I was concerned about my tires leaking again. We called every tire place we could in the area, and this particular location on was the only one that was able to help us immediately. When we arrived, the manager thoroughly checked out my tires and assured me everything was fine, but that the car’s computer wasn’t calibrated correctly. This helped me feel much more at ease during a stressful road trip with a baby on the car. Very reliable service.”
