“This has to be the best Valvoline store in the area. Went in late Friday and all bays full. Was quickly greeted and moved to the bay that would clear first. 2 minutes I was in. All I needed was an oil check. TWO managers quickly handled the top off.(qt. And half low.) Price was fair and was advised my type of engine loses oil and I need to keep an eye on it. I'll be back.”

“This was my first time using this shop. I brought my truck in the day before my appointment. They called me that afternoon to tell me it was done and ready. I ask them to check on my battery. They got back to me and said that yes it needed to be changed out before winter. I picked it up the day I was supposed to have it worked on. “Excellent !! I needed a starter for my silverado. I usually do my own work as much as I can. I diagnosed the problem myself and thought it was the starter but I could nit get the bolts out. Mike's service was highly recommended to me by a coworker. I decided to give them a chance. They diagnosed and came to the same conclusion, replaced my starter and charged me what I thought was very reasonable. I will honestly recommend them. If you need any auto repairs or something you can't figure out give Mike's service a chance.”

“So i thought i had a bad front driver side wheel bearing. Being a shade tree mechanic i figured i could knock it out in a weekend. Unfortunately it was frozen in the hub pretty good. I decided to bring it over to Big 4 on midler park.i imagined they would be pretty busy and the jeep would be down for a few days. Jon Hart greeted me and explained he might be able to get it done by noon same day?!?! I was really excited about that. He mentioned he would take a look and get back to me. Within a few hours he called and explained my options and that both hubs need replacement. With 130,000 miles i figured it was due. Jon said they could complete the job by noon. I was complete impressed. The price was more than fair. Definitely check out Jon and his team. I will definitely bring my service work to Big 4 tire. Thanks for getting me back on the road quickly!”

“I got a new to me car 4 months ago and took it in for its 1st oil change. I had never been to Jiffy Lube before and decided to try it as it was en route to the grocery store. Robert greeted me and took all my info. When I mentioned I wanted the cheapest oil change he explained why I couldn't do it in this new car. Apparently I needed to use synthetic or part synthetic which was more expensive than I was used to paying. After he explained everything that was going to be included, we found a coupon online and I was in. I opted to wait in the waiting room so they could do a free vacuum on my carpets. The waiting room was nice. Comfortable chairs, complimentary drinks, and tv. He told me it would take about 20 min but I'm pretty sure it was less than that. Although I had sticker shock at first, they told me I can come in anytime for free fluid top off and tire fills. Their customer service was great, I didn't have to wait long like other places, and the online coupons make the price pretty comparable.”

“Best auto shop around. I recently snapped off the oil plug bolt right in the oil pan. Scotty's was the only place I called that even mentioned trying to get the bolt out instead of jumping straight to replacing the oil pan. They also diagnosed and fixed a bad temperature sensor for me in the past. Honest and dependable mechanic, I highly recommend them.”

“Was referred to Hiram’s and I was blown away (no pun) by the grade A service provided! These guys are ultra flexible, and friendly! Although I needed a special order tire they had it delivered prior to my service date to ensure punctuality. I waited for my vehicle at the facility, and they were finished almost 30 minutes ahead of schedule. When other 1st time customers showed up via walk in, they gave them necessary info to make the purchase that fit them and their budget, without pressure selling. “5 star across the board. My family and I have been taking our vehicles to Greeley’s for years and to sum it up, Readers Digest condensed version, PRO STATUS work every time. Im going to jump out the window on this without worrying about someone’s feelings. When I see the negative reviews people write, I often wonder if those folks know the inner workings of a motor vehicle. Lots of moving parts folks and more often than not, these parts work together. Usually when a part breaks, or gets worn out, other parts start to malfunction due to owner’s neglect in getting the troubled part fixed as soon as possible. Believe me, I’m guilty of that and made a small fix a bigger one. I’ll continue to hire Greeley’s for every job, and to those that aren’t satisfied, there’s plenty of other “garages” to choose from.”

“It was due for my vehicle to have the oil changed and maintenance services as well. With prior experience with Valvoline I went there the staff is incredibly professional. They will inform you of the various products they offer but it is up to you to choose whether or not you wish to get them from there.It was convenient that I was there because I also needed to get the filter for my air conditioning and heating changed which due to the current fires in Canada was quite disgusting. So just a heads up for anybody else getting their oil changed you might want to get that checked as well!”
