The store's atmosphere is exactly right for their main demographic, and it is well-maintained as well. “My daughter got a breathtaking junior prom dress. All the ladies were friendly and more than willing to help with picking out dresses based on your child’s style and size. They make dress shopping fun, the whole experience was beautiful. I recommend making an appointment, but they saw us as a walk in. Also try giving yourself a couple weeks before prom to get a dress so you have time to get it altered if needed. They have us a list of people they recommend , and people other girls have recommended. You get a discount on shoes or other items once we purchased the dress, and they also register the dress with your child’s school so no other girl has the same dress in the same color. We loved everything about this beautiful store.”

“One of my favorite thrifty shoppers, I have found absolute gems here. Their prices aren't bad considering everything has been skyrocketing. Luck in the movie/dvd section. My last visit I found the cutest little jar to be my new sugar jar and I also found some very pretty plates from the 70s. The staff was also very pleasant.”

“There was a possible active shooter in the mall tonight, and the Zumiez staff was nothing short of absolutely amazing. They were calm professional and extremely kind. These were young women and men that could have have been facing life threatening danger. They tried to protect customers by asking that they remained in the store while they were locking down. Even after it was all clear they had helped me find gifts for my family. This is not the first incident at the mall, many of the employees have been through multiple incidents like this. I hope the company knows how profoundly professional and kind these employees are. What true assets to the company these young women and men are. Your employees should get a raise and recognition!”

“I've been searching everywhere for new clothing that not only fits me well but that can be dressed up or down easily. I'm a busy mom and entrepreneur so I didn't have a lot of time to shop but was immediately greeted by the employees and asked if I needed help. I tried on 7 articles of clothing and found that all 7 fit perfectly and looked amazing! I love the variety of colors and the styles they have to offer. My husband commented that my new clothes look amazing on me and that I should go back and buy more. I definitely will. I'm all about supporting local businesses and buying quality items. “I ordered a LOTR bag off of the website, and had it shipped to the mall's store. It was an utter nightmare dealing with the online support. They kept telling me my items were delivered to the store, but the store had not received them. I spoke with 2 nice ladies, one's name was Kelsey and she ended up reaching out to their customer service line for online orders because I was being lead on a wild goose chase with the websites support. These ladies were supportive, understanding and nice the entire time, and never portrayed any annoyance directed towards me for being utter confused and lost with where my purchase was. :)”

“I went to buckle today in Syracuse and honestly that was the best time I’ve had in a store. I was pretty nervous, I’ve never really asked for help finding jeans or anything because I’m self-conscious.. but your team member Kelsey was absolutely amazing! She gave me so many different options of jeans to try on, she was so kind and didn’t judge my size or give me weird looks at all, she understood my taste in jeans and how I ideally liked them to fit and was just overall amazing. The jeans were a little bit pricey, more than I expected but honestly, the way they fit and feel is worth it! Would definitely shop there again!”
“Arrow was literally the best place I ever went to in the high school in middle school. They always knock it out of the park in there. Their prices are phenomenal.
