The other day i stopped at the Massapequa store on Merrick Rd. The only reason I sometimes use that place is for Amazon return drop-offs. It's convenient when I shop in the Plaza. I needed to buy a box to ship something, and the price was $10.49. Ok, thought it was expensive but after I paid for it, they said it was out of stock and refunded me. Then went to my usual UPS in Farmingdale and the same exact box was $4.95.... The counter person couldn't believe it until I showed her my receipts. She explained that UPS stores are independently owned without price regulations. She looked them up and noticed that their shipping rates were on average 15 - 20% higher than the Farmingdale store as well.
They are a total ripoff!!!
I suggest that you do all your business at the Farmingdale store where they have always been honest, friendly and efficient!”

“This is more than just a copy shipping place. I have so many things done there posters printed photos printed she’s had signs laminated for me. You can’t get better service and friendlier service than this place real hometown, style and professionalism. I have things printed out there all the time because my copier gave out. I just email it and I pick it up the next day. It’s wonderful and easy, and if I need more professional style that I’m sure I’m using my no it’s available. These are simple tasks for me, but they are very up to the task for anything complicated they would be an asset to any person in their own business or any businesses that need quality service and get the job done right”

“I wrote a critical review in 2016. Now I am amending it. The hostile sales person appears to be gone. Their pricing and deal structure has changed for the better. The platform itself has been revamped considerably and the UX is vastly improved. Now you can go month by month for about $100. They also credited me back email credits I had before as goodwill. I am putting it at 4 as I am still evaluating but am much encouraged by the positive changes and attentive attitude. It remains to be seen how all this adds up to marketing results, though this is likely to be largely in my hands and market needs. I got a lead on a bigger job that didn't pan out. Net-Net, I wasted thousands of dollars. If you have unused email credits, most of them won't carry over. Most of the emails sent to the lists are not even opened, even when I made the lists super targeted and included award winning work, AB tested headlines and so on. So many people use this to spam art directors with junk that they're drowning in it. Most art directors don't have time to look, so they don't. When you cancel you--might find yourself trying to be retained by an abusive sales person. They'll call you to bully and intimidate you into continuing to subscribe. "So you don't care about your career?" As for their ancilliary services. I would strongly advise against considering them. For printed promotions, they say their designers are world class. But speaking as a professor, the samples they sent honestly are in the realm of C-grade student work. Put it this way, Apple will never hire any of their graphic designers. Essentially, Agency Access lies to artists. As for Telemarketing services--they're inappropriate to offer as a service. It's 2015."”
