Then Mr. Chin and Ms. Pearl in the office were so helpful and kind to me. “I was stuck in Scarsdale when steam was coming out of the hood of my Jeep ?, and l am not from the area, l asked my phone about a repair shop near my location, and l was given few places, l called the first one, was answer machine, l called the second number, it was somebody who was yelling at someone, and asked me if l have cash?, then l called JC auto repairs, and Amy answered, and she asked me if l was OK, and if l needed to be towed, and l should check my insurance carrier if l qualified for roadside assistance, otherwise she will recommend someone, and l was connected with Mike, he was equally courteous, informing, and assuring. When l reached the place with my towed car, Mike told me to go to the office upstairs, and make myself comfortable, that’s when l met Amy, Papa John, the owner, who told me not to worry, and the car will be fixed, and it will be done the next day, and he told me how much it will cost, and actually drove me to the train station to go to NYC. I went back when John called to pick up the car, and everything was done and more. I am amazed how this family business is running efficiently, with customer services that do not exist with this industry. Kudos to you John, and all your family, and staff ??????”

“I have been to this place twice before as they are contracted with my insurance and I needed to go for repairs after an accident. They were excellent both times, they finished the work on the time schedule that they had predicted, and I was very happy with the repairs and the bodywork.This time I went with a different car, one that was not involved in an accident. I was not aware that they do not do body work for non-accident cars. However he recognized me from the first two times I had been there, he did take a look at the car, he told me what it would probably cost outside from a facility that would do body work outside of insurance claim, and he gave his honest opinion that the work was probably not worth it for the age of the car and the continuing decay that would occur would probably take a few years, during which time I would still be able to utilize the car in an excellent fashion, and I could save the bodywork money. He also advised that if I really wanted to pursue the bodywork repair, I should not repair the existing hood panel, but should instead look for a hood panel in better quality from a salvage yard. But because of the type of car I have, he advised that it would likely cost several hundred dollars just for a used hood panel, plus the money that would be needed to repaint it and the two side panels so that they would match. The owner's name is Paul, and he had no reason to give me his honest opinion about the car but he did, and this actually ended up being confirmed by another facility ( Fort Lee road Auto body), who also confirmed that I should save the money for another use, namely to keep the car maintained well, and should hold off on making cosmetic repairs because it would not affect the functionality of the car, nor was it going to be immediate in its decay. I thank both of those facilities for giving me their honest opinion. I would go to either one anytime.”
“Very responsive and friendly service. I needed somebody to come look at my car at home in my driveway, and they sent somebody out as soon as I called. Price was very fair.When it was determined the car would need more service, they scheduled a tow at a time that was convenient for me later in the day. When the tow truck came, the driver was able to resolve my issue so that I could safely drive the car to the shop myself. Despite coming out in the snow, he decided not to charge me since I didn't need the tow after all. “About 5yrs ago, Mr Silva did some work on a car that I had. During that whole process, I asked him to powder coat my rims. He did, and they were great. I sold the car to my friend who lived in Florida. I saw that his rims stood up to the salt/sand and blasting sun heat. So when I bought my '24 Lexus, I drove my car to NY from S.Florida to have him powder coat the stock rims. Again a beautiful job. Yes, there is powder coat places in Florida, yet they wanted to hold my car 10 days along with a ridiculous high price. Tony does the work in 3 days with a very fair price. Mr.Silva, Tony, is a professional and and gentleman. I can't recommend this place more than I do. My ride home to Florida was great with my new rims. At each gas stop, I was constantly receiving compliments on my rims!! Thanks Silvas auto body!”

“From the moment I called them, so frazzled from having a tree knock off my car bumper, Jimmy was so reassuring and I knew that I would be alright! When I walked into their shop, Jany, their receptionist greeted me warmly, and they have a tiny aquarium with mini frogs at reception! I felt like I was treated like family and it meant so much to me. When I picked up my car, I also met Gus, one of the owners, who was personable as well. They did a BEAUTIFUL job on my car, truly looks brand new! When you are going through this chaos and stressed to the max, you want a company that appreciates your business, and treats you decently! Also Jimmy added in a repair to my gas cap, where the cord had been broken, for a very tiny fee. I highly recommend this wonderful body shop, and they are right next door to the Tibbett Diner, which has been in business for many years and has excellent food. “We hit a large wooden object in the middle of the road on 95 North and ended up with 2 flat tires. There were 11 cars in total which requiring towing services. We were lucky to get Vincent Services as our company. The driver dropped us off at a local hotel as it was 10:00 pm on a Sunday night. The next day Vincent located the tires for us, we waited in their shop for the tires to arrive and they promptly mounted them and had us on our way. They assisted us in getting something to eat and were extremely pleasant.”
