“April for the WIN! Thank you SO SO much for helping us out and getting us out of a jam yesterday. For we are a trucking company and also heavy equipment rentals and we had to move one of our machines yesterday for a client and we had ONE truck available which BROKE DOWN! This was an emergency situation - and April heard me out got back to me in about 30 seconds with a quote (Mind you I was in shock I was expecting it to be CRAZY expensive!) “4:00 AM CALL! When no one else was available #TransitTowing was, and they arrived right away. My car was positioned in an impossible location; very difficult to get out from a narrow dead end street parked perpendicular to the road with hardly any room to maneuver. Nonetheless, the tow driver/operator completed the task with ease. Even when the gears locked up rolling it onto the other trailer back-to-back in neutral, he figured out the way. I'm too grateful! Thank you to the entire team, including the most friendly dispatch! It's more than just experience; getting it done, without hesitation made this ordeal a breeze.
