Love this small, family maple sugaring operation. Maple sugaring weekend and we got to see the production happening. Nothing better than pure NY maple syrup. Other maple products also available. A gem of a spot!

Pancakes and bacon with fresh maple syrup made for a great morning! Also had the opportunity to check out the maple syrup process and taste test two flavors new to me: Coffee Enfused and Bourbon Barrel Aged. Both were delicious.Ended up leaving with a half-dozen each of the maple glazed and apple cider donuts, plus a few bottles of various syrups.

Maple Weekend. Cloudy day so hiking was limited. Not crowded which was good for me. No admission fee. Small maple farm with extremely friendly, impressive family and history. They served pancake maple breakfast (small fee) maple candies, plenty of syrup, and more. They have a wood burning evaporator which eats cool to see and learn more about how they produce maple from local sugarbush. We continue to buy their product.

This is wonderful maple farm run by a wonderful family. all of their products are so worth it. The maple cotton candy is a must try if you get a chance. The costumer service in the store is so great and it really gave me the feeling that a home gives you. 10/10 would recommend.

We have a great time in March enjoying their pancake breakfast and maple syrup demonstration. This time we went for their Harvest Festival. They have a new doughnut machine and we enjoyed apple cider and pumpkin doughnuts. Parking was across the street this time, which made it a bit complicated with a special needs child. The parking attendant was kind and helpful though. The farm isn't really stroller or wheelchair friendly. It's still fun, but best to use the bathroom before arriving. They have two porta potties. They were not clean or handicap accessible. Ended up changing my daughter in the parking lot and leaving early. Would return for pancakes, but probably not for the more crowded Harvest Festival.

My girlfriend and I drove as quickly as we could to Soukup Farms yesterday for some fresh maple syrup before they closed at 5pm. We were so happy to arrive right at 4:45pm but when we pulled into the parking lot, a young woman was removing the 'open' flag. We asked her if we could still make a purchase - 15 minutes before closing - and she said no, she'd already closed down. So, we drove down the street to Brookby Farm and arrived right at their closing time (5pm). They welcomed us and stayed open another 15 minutes for us to shop, telling us all about the farm and products while we browsed. We thanked them by spending more than $100 on their beautiful and fresh produce. Won't be returning to Soukup anytime soon, especially with sweet Brookby Farm around the corner!
