I’ve gone to Pat before for tires and he’s always guided me well there, so it’s no surprise buying a vehicle from him was also a positive experience. Pat and Will weren’t at all pushy, they got me a great interest rate (unheard of in this market) and then when I returned to buy weather tech mats, Pat personally vacuumed my car out and installed them himself. These guys went above and beyond giving me a positive, low stress car buying experience. They were also great with my 8 year old daughter when I brought her along. I love my car and the experience of doing business at action auto!”

“For years, I have heard good things about Varna Auto Service, but I had a mechanic that I would use regularly. Last year, I needed service but my normal mechanic was too busy to get me in, and so I finally tried Varna Auto. I am impressed. Varna's team got me in quickly and fixed my car's issues in a couple of days, far faster than my other mechanic would have been able to do.Since then, I have gone back to Varna Auto three other times for different needs. Each time, Varna Auto's team is great at communicating with me: when I call to schedule, when they have information about the issues, and when the car is done. “Years back, while living in Ithaca as a graduate student, I used to take my old Nissan Sentra to Brent. I got his reference from a fellow student.I sometimes had "arguments" with him. "What about doing this?""No need to," Brent would say with a smile. He was always protective of a student's financial well-being. ? Of course, he would things that were necessary.Brent knows cars. I recall that his work was very competently done. And very affordably priced.I am back in Ithaca as a Visiting Professor. It's nice to know that he is still running his business. From the reviews, it's clear that he still does things good old way - he looks after his customers and they come back to him.”
