Falcon Optical is a friendly, professional, and helpful place. The staff is cheerful and makes customers feel like lifelong friends. They are known for being the most professional and friendliest place, with a team that really knows their stuff. Customers report amazing customer service that is beyond expectations.
The business offers fair prices and good quality glasses. Their frame selection is totally phenomenal, incredible, and soooo freaking cool, featuring a wide array of colorful, offbeat, stylish, and wow frames. The service is efficient, with staff able to diagnose and adjust glasses quickly, even for those who did not originally purchase them there. They provide thorough eye exams and can handle prescriptions and paperwork for work requirements, getting customers in fairly quickly. The atmosphere is appreciated for not being stuffy, making for a pleasant and welcoming experience. Overall, it is a great place where customers are ecstatic with the results and happy they found them.
I really appreciate the quality of care and service we’ve received at this convenient local business over the last approximately 27 years. Both my husband and I have benefited from prompt and kind service when needed.
