Spectrum is literally the most trashiest service you could ever ask for!☺️ With loooing outages(on clear days), non reliable internet speeds (that you ?UPGRADED? and pay an extra $20+ for), weird raises in your phone and internet bill and let’s not forget all the extra charges you have to pay and you’re doing all the set up YOURSELF! (Sent me a new modem for the upgrade, charged me extra and it’s the same exact modem as the last just TRASHIER SPEEDS, wow! I even have a Ethernet and it still sucks) Y’all are robbing people, and some of us literally have no choice but to have spectrum because of where we stay. Your service sucks, mobile and internet. Your customer service needs better advice than to un-plug and plug the damn modem, THE APP ALREADY TELLS YOU TO DO THAT!! Customer service should be able to say the issue or you would at least think the app could! Spectrum, give it up or do better. My advice: Take pictures/ screenshots every time this shit bugs on you! Run speed test, look at the promised speeds vs what’s happening and screenshot then see if you can take action! Don’t waste your money on this garbage if you don’t have to!
Update: They sent a tech, I got a new router because apparently I’ve been given the wrong one since day one and he did something to the wiring in the basement! Did it help? No. I’m using my mobile hotspot and I just ran out of it! (My phone works no where) How is it unlimited…unless you go over 30 gigs..that’s not unlimited babes.🙂↔️ They were trying to send another tech but he was not gonna get here until 5pm (This call happened around 8-10am and by 5pm nobody will be home). Surely somethings gonna get done, it’s not like I’ve been calling for 2 months now AND a tech was just here 3 days ago! I have to believe in them…just unplug and plug it in again, right? I also can’t switch because the providers in my area didn’t expand to my area yet. Mmm love having no internet on my day off, lovely🙂↔️

Im tired of having to disconnect and reconnect while trying to keep my privacy online.
If you use a VPN expect your connection to drop out of nowhere, even during the middle of the night when there isnt a huge draw on the bandwith. I shouldnt have to deal with this considering how much i pay for it.

Spectrum outages almost every day. Customer service is a waste of time. Spectrum refused to credit account.

I went into the store this evening with a mobile problem. I received excellent customer service from Jillian Abreu. She couldn't have done any better. She offered direction on how to proceed and helped every step of the way. A++ Thank you Jillian.

Terrible customer service, absolutely the rudest employees, and manager is rude and overbearing. They roll their eyes when customers walk in and act like you're bothering them.
Call 800 number they are nice and helpful. At the store they don't have a clue about any of the phones or products and do not offer the offers or deals online.
I'd rather go get a root canal then walk in this store.
