Jamie is amazing! So personable and kind! I'm so picky with stylist and I won't be going to anyone else! The salon is always clean with smiling faces from all employees and a very welcoming atmosphere.

The spa part was okay and my masseuse Alison was very pleasant. The nail salon tho was gross with used dirty supplies and dust and i felt very uneasy having to wait awhile to get done after my massage and my nails looked like I paid $10 to be done and we all know it was alot more. The nail technician was nice but unfortunately that didn't make up for the lack of resources they had to do my nails properly like other nail salons or the unsettling experience i literally had getting my nails scrapped and now they are so thin and paints chipping off. My prior experience was alot nicer and more pleasant.

I had such a great experience at this salon. Got the best haircut ever from Kathy and Megan gave me the most relaxing pedicure. I felt so pampered! Everyone is nice and so professional.I will definitely be back!

I went to Capello’s last weekend because I was in DESPERATE need of some self care. I got a mani/pedi. The person who did my pedi was efficient, saw I didn’t want to chat and respected that. She did a good job! The person who did my manicure was not focused, did a mediocre job on trimming cuticles and shaping my nails. I felt the entire time she was rushing and after less than a week the gel started to peel. Would not recommend a manicure here!

I love it here. The staff are so good to my kids, even though they raid the hot chocolate stand every time they’re in for a hair cut. Booking online is a breeze, it’s very clean and the waiting area is comfortable.

I had a great experience at this salon. I called and was able to get an appointment same day, and Nicolina was great! I didn't know exactly what I wanted to do but she helped me out and was very personable. I'll definitely be going back in the future!Service: Haircut

Great salon. All stylist are very experienced. Im never nervous about how my hair will turn out when i go here! Its always great. Only down side is that its not easy to get an evening or weekend appointment on short notice or within the week.

Made a reservation for a 90 minute massage ( totally looking forward to it) only to get to the location for my appointment for the receptionist to tell me they not only (1) don't have a reservation for me ( even after I showed her the email I received from them for Ashley confirming my appointment) but then proceeded to tell me the (2) they have no Ashley on staff ( yes I had the right location) and to top it of (3) tell me they had no massage therapists on staff that day. The excuse was we must have had trouble with our computer - would you like to rebook and just looked at me like I was crazy! Come in Capellos you can do better !!!! Even if you had a computer problem how do you have an Ashley at that location that doesn't exist? Had her picture on their website and everything!

If you have not visited Capello’s on Transit Rd. You are really missing out on a wonderful, relaxing experience from the full array of services offered by this great salon from eyelash extensions to pedicures. And don’t forget a massage . If I could get them a zero I would give them a zero. After years of going here and them screwing my haircut up each and every time, yes it's my fault for going back, my hair ended up being two toned and the owner said to me oh it's nothing that a couple highlights wouldn't fix. I went to my new girl and I had to have over 100 highlights to straighten out the mess that I made in my hair. Wish the father still owned it. The son in law owns it now and it has gone to crap
