My previous experience through an insurance-recommended shop wasn't great, so I wanted to find someone I could trust. These other great Google reviews (which led me to them) are 100% accurate! Odell was super helpful in guiding me along the way to make the process as efficient as possible. My insurance even missed something in the pictures for the estimate (a crack in the corner of the windshield), but as soon as I brought it to his attention, Odell was quick to help get a supplement request sent in and had the windshield replaced immediately. I called them for a windshield replacement, they were professional, gave me quote, did not try sales tactics tricks, simply did their job, gave me a good quote which I accepted, and then they scheduled a 3 way call with the insurance, which gave me instructions to send pictures. After the case was approved, they were able to schedule me in just 2 days for the actual windshield replacement at Glass America, which was also an outstanding experience. It was a very professional, quick and smooth experience on the luxurious side.”
