“Safelite was extremely communicative, helpful, and accommodating for my windshield replacement. I was scheduled two days out and they offered me an option for the next day when a cancellation became available. Due to weather, we had to switch to the location on Sheridan and they informed me well in advance. The technician was done in 45 minutes. There was no wait time after I arrived - my car was in the shop immediately. They have a very comfortable waiting area with snacks, coffee, and wifi. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful.”

“I needed to have my windshield replaced on my vintage rockin' party van. It had a crack that previously passed inspection, but had stretched and now failed inspection. I called the Wehrle Rd. store directly, but was clearly routed to a call center. This was fine though because my call was handled promptly and expediently. The representative took me through everything to schedule the repair and bill my insurance directly. We scheduled with the Wehrle shop for the very next day. Well, the morning of my repair, I go out to start my vintage rockin' party van, and no dice. We have had some battery issues before, and it finally bit the dust. I called the Glass America dispatcher number, and got right through to a local person. I apologized for having to cancel last minute, but to my chagrin, she offered to send a technician right to my house! Within a few hours, a guy was in my driveway replacing my windshield. He was friendly, and did great work. Over the next couple days, I got confirmation that everything was accurately processed and covered by my insurance, so the whole transaction with Glass America went perfectly smooth. As for my vintage party rockin' van? We replaced the battery, and she once again purrs like a kitten. (Well, a rusty, old, loud, bad-ass kitten). If you need to have your windshield replaced, I'd highly recommend this Glass America location. Excellent and fast service all around!”

“I’m torn on what to write here. My van came back looking pristine. Did everything they said they would do and more. Even detailed the interior. I appreciate that so much. It needed a new side panel and some paint work. Only comment I have to make is communication was very hit or miss. The text service was good. But when I called for an update the gentleman who gave me the update made me feel like a complete idiot. “You just dropped it off this morning what do you want me to tell you. It’ll be back in 9 days”. Well I wasn’t calling to rush service. I was calling because I dropped my vehicle off the night before and was told I would receive paperwork to sign via email which I never got. I didn’t know how long it was going to take or any details whatsoever. This was important because I declined a rental car. As a profession I have to be able to transport my dogs. Rentals do not allow that. Besides the professional side of what I do I have one dog who tasks for me. I would recommend their work again because clearly this is a top notch collision shop. But please please work on client communication. The woman at the desk tho in person was lovely. Very professional and kind. Thanks for getting my car back to me earlier than the 9 days I was given during that call.”
