There were two issues my car had after the accident that were not addressed and I will just have to fight with the insurance about that I suppose. But I really wanted to say that I was very pleasantly surprised to not only see that my carpets had been vacuumed but that my warped mats had be unwarped and cleaned which was above and beyond repairing my car. I was so happy. The guy who did it was the one who drove me home in a shuttle and he turned out to be the sweetest, kindest, down-to-earth person. He was very warm and relatable. I would say he was the best part of the entire experience. Wish I knew his name.”
