“I took my car there after I was rear ended. For the most part everything went great. There were two issues my car had after the accident that were not addressed and I will just have to fight with the insurance about that I suppose. But I really wanted to say that I was very pleasantly surprised to not only see that my carpets had been vacuumed but that my warped mats had be unwarped and cleaned which was above and beyond repairing my car. I was so happy. The guy who did it was the one who drove me home in a shuttle and he turned out to be the sweetest, kindest, down-to-earth person. He was very warm and relatable. I would say he was the best part of the entire experience. Wish I knew his name.”
“Pete and his crew are absolutely outstanding! They are so down to earth, caring, and pay very close attention to detail! My husband got into an accident and they took him in right away. Even helped him get home. They kept him up to date on everything happening with the repairs and insurance and all that. We went on vacation and they had completed it when we were gone and were nice enough to keep it there with no issues while we were gone. If we ever have any issues again, pete will be the person we call and go to. Very trustworthy and kind! Highly recommend!”
