“Scruggs Auto is a great place to have your car worked on. Neil kept me updated throughout the process and they have a cool online system that includes pictures of faults and other information. Walter was my service technician, and he did a very good job as well. Overall great service and great people. Aaa approved shop and Aaa discounts available. They also have their own rewards program. That was good. They were fast to do the job. But they did not put the tires in the bags to take home.”

“Spoke with Ryan yesterday about a wiper motor for my van, he luckily had one left in stock for me. I gave him the money for it that was HALF of the cost that autozone wanted and an hour later I had my part. I didn’t realize that the part also came with a 90 day warranty, which for such a small shop is great to me! Ryan was amazing with everything from the cost to the time frame! He treated me with respect and didn’t try to upsell or upcharge me for anything. And YES the part does work! Yes, for small stuff like this you will be seeing me again.”

Within an hour and half the mechanic norm was calling me explaining my situation and telling me i could come over now the vehicle was ready. The mechanics took no breaks & knocked out work order after work order so we could get back to work or home. “This auto shop is, sadly, a rarity in today’s day and age: a straightforward, honest business that performs quality work. They’re right up the street for me, which is a godsend whenever I need work done. My only qualm is that they’re always booked, sometimes weeks out. Still, the aforementioned is indicative of the great work they do and the consistently high demand they enjoy; definitely a first world problem. I just hope that labor shortages don’t affect their otherwise stellar service over the long run. Highly recommended.Services: Tire rotations”
