I just came back after shoulder surgery and was so happy that I did. Shout out to Elle who always makes you feel positive and gives you modifications if needed. It is one of my favorite activities to do and recommend it highly.

Just completed a second class of Elle’s and it was amazing!! From never taking a fitness class before, Elle was so welcoming. I couldn’t wait to come back. Was such an amazing workout and already can’t wait to schedule more classes!
