“This review is long overdue but I had to post it because my experiences every time at this shop are exceptional! Most recently this entailed purchasing a new Thule bike rack; from the start they gave me excellent guidance on selecting the right model for both my car and me, then installing it and giving me a quick tutorial on all the functions of that particular model. Such a pleasure to shop at a local store with friendly helpful owners providing great customer service!”
