“Today I had movers go to the unit on multiple trips however the gate wouldn’t open , anytime I’ve called I’d have to wait for a call back but Sarina , answered in the first ring multiple times, was friendly helpful and was straight to the point with a fast resolution, true definition of customer service they hired a good one”
“First, I would like to say, great job Camellia! She was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The storage unit itself, amazing. It was very clean and very well maintained. I noticed a lot of security cameras throughout the whole premises. No gimmicks, no false advertisement just straight up good business. The best part, while everyone's charging $150 or more or a more for a 10x10 storage unit, 101 along with a $100 security deposit. Wich you get back after you move your stuff out of the unit. That's the way I like to do business. Overall, I very pleasant and safe experience. Keep up the great work.”

“The truck did have a lot of crumbs in the passenger seat and although I don’t care about the crumbs themselves, I just didn’t want to get gigged for them when I returned the truck (luckily I did not!) - even with this in mind, I would still 100% go back to this location. Friendly staff, quick pick up & drop off and the cargo van was definitely a newer model. 10/10 recommend”

“When my client needed my help relocating his Airstream cross country to the Buffalo NY area, I had to do some serious searching. It wasn’t easy to find a storage facility with individual units that are large & high enough to store an Airstream! Most places only offered outside storage or inside winter-only storage packed in with many others, & with no access. I had to make a lot of calls before I found this place.
Linda McNamera was super helpful & Thunderhill had exactly what my client was looking for: brand new pull through (roll doors on each side) units available for immediate move in. There was plenty of room for the transport guy to pull his huge truck around & unload, & the gate access for this outdoor facility gives my client 24/7 access.
Airstreams are pricey, so the sparkling newness of this storage unit was a huge plus (as were the pull-through & roominess around as well). There is also a top-covered outdoor area where other RVs and vehicles are stored, but this investment needed its own enclosed space.
For over a year now, my client has been very happy being able to access his Airstream anytime he wants. He even noticed another Airstream in a neighboring unit too.
Customer service here has been impeccable from my first call with Linda, to my client having roll door issues quickly responded to in person by a really helpful & handy guy.
This is a GREAT storage solution for any RV, boat or car!”
