“It's a bank it doesn't have to give you any service but taking out money and depositing I don't know why people waste their time if they aren't being helped just go somewhere else nobody cares about how you feel offended”
“So I've been coming here for years and my only complaint is that there's long lines most of the times. Very rarely you'll walk in and there's no line especially since there's only 2 teller windows. They do have plenty of ATM's with 3 main ATM's inside the actual bank which always saves me the time and usually they're pretty much empty since everyone is standing on the long line unfortunately. Their customer service here is very nice and I can honestly say I never had any issues with them. Also this bank used to have a drive thru but that has been closed for years and there's some parking spaces behind the bank as well as regular street parking.”

“i am dropping td bank as my primary bank as customer service quality has dropped the last couple of years and dumping the self service coin machines didnt help . citibank is now my number one bank for my banking needs and the branch in astoria is very good for personal customer service. the lobby foyer area is well kept and has plenty of easy to use atm machines and the main entrance has a customer service rep ready to help and to the left is the line to do banking biz with a teller. i went in person to get a change of address and order check refills and the gal customer rep was extremely nice and helpful. good citibank branch in astoria , td bank sorry you have been let go from the being my number one.”
