“Very clean and modern looking. There is someone that greets you upon entering. No line when I went which is good. The two branches in Main street are like a zoo. If you need Chinese speaking teller, I am not sure if this is a good branch. The only cons is that there they don't provide parking. Recommended if you don't want to spend 1 hour on line on the Mainstreet branches during an pandemic.”

“A bunch of reviews are not kind to Bank of America Atm on Steinway in astoria but the reviews are kinda old and personally does not reflect now as The Atm machines are new and quick to use and no homeless wackos making the limited atm space Home for the night. Its clean. Brightly lite and atms are quick and easy to use , and thats basically what you want when you need some quick bread, just remember if you are using a non bank of America card the fees and surcharges may apply depending on bank card .”

“We stopped here recently on our Rockaway adventure!My buddy and I were picking uo dinner for the gang, but he needed some cash first. He went inside, and used the ATM. Came out lickety-split!The staff inside is always very nice! And they keep the place clean. Since it is on an island, almost everyone knows each other there and people pick up their trash and don't stuck gum everywhere.Just like all banks, their hours are too short lol! Nut the 24 hour ATM is great! And since not too many people live on the island, there is never a line or anything like that. All in all, it is a nice Citibank. It's located inside the small shopping center so good luck with parking! There is not enough spots. Bit that is Rockaway Bwach in general, no parking anywhere lol!”

“Had to go to this Citibank because at the one I usually go to they we're working inside and I couldn't use the ATM to make my deposit This Citibank is bigger than the one I usually go to and more well lit My husband usually goes in with me but because was raining and we had our autistic disabled son in the car he just parked by a pump with my son in the car because I didn't want him out in the rain”

“I have not been inside to see how helpful the tellers and other banking personal are but I do frequent the ATMs often. I feel safe coming here, even at odd hours in the night. There are 2 ATMs indoors with cameras, usually there are short/no lines and it is directly off Queens Blvd.”

Definitely look out for Danielle Porter, she is amazing ... Sharon Dexter is the person to go to when opening your bank account, she is very professional and also I have to give a shout out to lady who wears Hijab/Scarf ( Quamrun Naher ) she truly went above and beyond to get my $2 Bills. It's people like her that makes me stay loyal to CitiBank and keeping my CitiGold and Citibusiness accounts within citi !!!”
