“Our projector decided to completely give up on us 😭 and Sergio made what could have been a very annoying repair process so easy!! He picked it up from us & kept us updated throughout (he had to import the part and was really clear about how long everything would take). He fixed it super quickly and delivered it back to us once it was ready :) Beyond fixing our projector, Sergio was just such a kind & lovely person to deal with. Really appreciated how straightforward and thoughtful the whole experience was. Couldn’t recommend him more!! ❤”

“You wouldn't think in this day and age in NYC, there is a genuine human being who is quick to respond, honest, and technically adept. I came here when I saw all the good reviews and this tech shop is near me. My screen kept turning pink. Abdo told me to come over whenever I could and I did. At first, he just cleaned everything, hoping that would solve the issue. So that was a small nominal charge. When that didn't work, I had my screen replaced, and he offered a slightly cheaper generic screen that looks and acts exactly the same. I feel so much better knowing this shop is near me in case I have any other Mac emergencies!”

“Honest business, he doesn't push you to do anything you don't want or need, and he gets the job done! To get there, go to the KPMG building, check at the front desk, take the elevator on the right side to the 3rd floor. When you exit the elevator on the third floor, walk left. There will quickly be a small hallway on your right side. The office is the first door in the hallway.”

“Brought my Macbook Pro to Techtronics; they correctly diagnosed an issue with the charging system and repaired it successfully for 30% less than Apple wanted to charge me, while also retaining all of my data. They promised a 1-1.5w turnaround time and delivered in less than that, so I really have no complaints given the laptop works and the repair seems fine. Very much appreciate it!”

“Saved me hundreds of dollars! Macbook pro M3 I had an incredible experience with PCHelp NY! I originally took my computer to the Apple Store, and they wanted to charge me $900 because of liquid damage. I decided to get a second opinion and brought it to David. David fixed my laptop perfectly and for a fraction of what Apple wanted to charge me! He is super honest, professional, and really knows what he’s doing. If you’re facing a crazy repair bill from Apple, definitely bring it to David first. Highly recommended!”

“I spilled juice on my MacBook Air and my keypad became depressed making it impossible to use the Mac. They repaired it very fast and very well! When I initially got my computer back they informed me that it would still have a sticky keyboard even though the keypad was fixed due to the stickiness of the juice, but after using it for about a week the stickiness has disappeared and works good as new!”

I definitely recommend going here for fixing your cameras. Many places we called were going to fix my daughter’s camera and take two weeks to repair. They did mine in an hour. They had wonderful customer service. They gave us a suggestion of places to eat at while they fixed my camera.”

“I had an excellent experience with Xcubicle! I brought my Xbox in because it was overheating, and they did a fantastic job getting it back to peak performance. They repaired the fan, did a deep internal cleaning to get rid of all the dust, and replaced the thermal paste on the motherboard to keep the heat down. The service was top-notch, the turnaround time was great, and the price was incredibly reasonable for the amount of work they did. Zero complaints here—just a very good job, well done. If your console needs some love, I highly recommend Xcubicle! It’s not easy finding a local repair shop in NYC, I originally went to one of the chain repair shops but some of the information about the repair was ridiculous, like they would need to actually destroy the case to get inside and order a replacement case. Now, you know where to go for honest & quick service.”
