Flight was delayed, so my Gold rental was removed. Was sent to a lot that didn't have our assigned car. Had to wait for attendants to find a new rental. Other than that, great car and return was smooth.

We had a large charge discrepancy on my rental car when we picked up the car and the lady at the counter the morning of Sunday, September 28, 2025 at 7am was able to fix this promptly upon return. She is the best!
