“After selling my home in Michigan I booked a several-month Airbnb stay in the NYC area and commenced my search for a new home. After a lengthy conversation with a realtor who was recommended by a friend, I received a list of coop apartments and condos to review. I felt he hadn’t listened to anything I was saying. Several days later I saw a listing online for an apartment in Astoria that was offered by Horowitz Real Estate. Peter Horowitz promptly arranged a time to show me that apartment as well as a 2-bedroom
apartment that had just become available in Astoria. I knew immediately this apartment was the apartment for me. My 32 year-old son accompanied me to the showing and commented afterwards how personable and transparent Peter was.
