“The service, from the shuttle driver to front desk to F&B to housekeeping/maintenance was phenomenal. The lobby was grand and welcoming but not intimidating. The rooms were clean and spacious for a New York hotel. I won’t be staying anywhere else on future trips to the city.”
“Food and drinks were okay. A little overpriced in my opinion for the drinks. Two small mojitos (not strong) cost $44. Had to keep going out the room to call them if we wanted to order drinks or food; so service could be a little more attentive. But they were accommodating and very patient when it came to splitting the bill unexpectedly. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and had good sound.”

“Our first time at Five Iron Golf and I can say we will be back again. Our attendant Derrick was absolutely awesome. He was diligent in explaining the different simulations and recommended the perfect game for my family and I as first timers. We had an awesome time.
The facility was clean, had great ambience and for the folk that love to take photos like myself, the lightning at Five Iron is amazing. 10/10 across the board.”
“Such a great experience! Staff were super nice and friendly. They will guide you through your candle making process. You are allowed to use up to two fragrances. (They have an amazing collection of fragrances!) The whole process will take about 40min and you come back to pick up your candle in 2h. Ours turned out super pretty! “Yesterday I used the Workville Space for a team meeting with 10 people. It is a fantastic office space! The customer service is exceptional! Booking via email was super easy with a live person able to answer all questions. Once we arrived the reception administrator was super helpful and helped me set up my equipment. He was available throughout my meeting to help with any needs or questions. The space was clean, bright, professional and perfect for our needs. I will definitely be returning! I highly recommend Workville!”

“I attended JFRE event last month or another name is Japanese Food & Restaurant Expo. It was super nice to see tons of vender and restaurant owner. It is a good opportunity to get contract and explore more high quality or get a good deal for your business if you are in this industry. The convention has separate section between food, drink and equipment. It was less people in the morning but super packed in the afternoon.”

Hudson table did such a good job of providing a fun and entertaining atmosphere as we saw chefs present new dishes with ingredients given to challenge them.

The hotel’s location is simply perfect; it offers easy access to many of the city’s attractions, eateries, and public transport, allowing for a seamless exploration of everything that NYC has to offer. This convenience truly enhanced my stay.
One aspect that truly distinguished Hotel Le Soleil was the outstanding service. Each staff member, from the attentive front desk personnel to the diligent housekeeping team, showcased professionalism and efficiency. Their genuine smiles and readiness to assist made my visit all the more enjoyable.
While I highly recommend Hotel Le Soleil NYC for anyone searching for a comfortable and convenient retreat, I did encounter a couple of issues. Firstly, I found the rates to be somewhat on the pricey side compared to other similar options in the area. Additionally, I noticed a persistent sewage smell in the bathroom that was quite unpleasant. The sofa bed in my room was another downside; it was uncomfortable and inconvenient, making my nights less restful than I had hoped.
Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience at Hotel Le Soleil NYC was positive, and I would still encourage anyone to consider it for their stay in the city, particularly for its exceptional service and ideal location.
Walkability: It's located in Bryant Park, very close to subway stations and the main attractions around NYC.
Food and drinks: I would not spend money on breakfast here; instead, walk five minutes and you will find many local coffee shops.”
