They kept in touch with me and helped me navigate everything with FedEx and were great throughout the process. I would definitely use them again and give them my highest rating. The watch was sent quickly and they made the process very easy, in spite of the FedEx snafu. The watch was exactly as described and was exactly what I wanted with all of the attached paperwork and boxes. “Great experience working with Issac and his team for a custom ring. He is responsive via email. He showed me a diamond he had, and was respectful when I decided to purchase my own diamond from third party to set. I brought my diamond, emailed him photos of the design we wanted. He had his designers send a design in about 3-4 days. We made small adjustments and had the ring made in about 10 days. When I had questions about the design, he showed me examples of rings. Price wise, we spent about $1700 to diamond setting and design plus the cost of the diamond. The prices at Sashka is reasonable for the work, and they are not pushy about getting you to make certain decisions regarding your diamond or the design. The finished ring was high quality, as shown in the photos.”

“I went to Brooklyn Running Company today to find a new pair of running shoes for an upcoming event, and I honestly couldn’t have had a better experience! I wasn’t sure which shoe would be the best fit for me, but Aaron was fantastic from start to finish (pun intended). He took some measurements, watched me walk, had me do a few exercises, and then brought out three different pairs for me to try and test on their treadmill. All three felt great, but I ultimately went with a pair of Brooks. Aaron explained exactly why they would be the best fit for my needs, which made me feel confident in my decision.
What really stood out to me, though, was the incredible customer service. I heard Aaron mention to another customer that the store was short staffed today but that he would be right with him and you would never have known it unless he said something. I never felt rushed, overlooked, or like I wasn’t getting the attention I needed. Aaron was energetic, personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping me find the right shoe.
The whole experience was fun, informative, and completely stress free. I walked out with a great new pair of Brooks and a huge smile on my face! I’ll absolutely be coming back to Brooklyn Running Company for my next pair of shoes. Highly recommend!”
