I went to open a new checking account and to make a couple more adjustments on other accounts I have there. Erin was the young lady who helped me and not only was she very helpful and knowledgeable, but extremely pleasant. I see that the credit union doesn’t get the best and highest ratings, but I’ve never had an issue with them at all. Erin made this process very simple and very pleasant.”
