Hello, everyone.
I am writing to revise the negative review of the Ace Hatchet Hardware Store that I posted.
At the time when I attempted to place my order with Ace, and after weeks of contacting my financial institution, and encountering further declines against my account by other merchants, I recently have proof that my financial institution sent a debit card to me, that is defective, which causes some merchants to see an error message of decline, but, for security reasons, and due to problems with the card, the bank doesn't see it on their records, causing the conflict.
Last week, I contacted Ace, and they agreed to accept another form of payment, and delivered my order, and were accommodating by phone, which I sincerely appreciate, and am completely satisfied with the purchase, and their willingness to provide assistance, despite the misunderstanding, that was not their fault.
Currently, I am working with my financial institution, and requesting that they investigate their error, and replace the defective card to prevent further conflict.
I want to retract my prior negative posting, and thank Ace and their manager. I appologize for my misjudgment, and regret my error. I rate Ace with five stars.
I have recently received a message from Ace that their Tech Support department is currently working to resolve the accessibility issues with their mobile app, and website, which I also appreciate.
