As a first-time dog owner, I had and continue to have so many questions and they are always so patient and friendly and will answer all my crazy questions with no judgement! They are so friendly to Teddy that he gets so excited when we pull up to the store! They also have the most stellar grooming service, Ms. Kayla is beyond friendly and does an amazing job, even when I have a last-minute idea of a mohawk!!”
“Great place for all essentials for your pets. They supplied great food for my 2dogs before my one dog was stolen from my residence ,and suggested a great food for my other dog when he wouldn't eat cause my other dog was never found .when the state was doing the stuff with specific people having them live with no heat or electric when they had pets or the stealing of pets for years they supplied a sweater for my dog cause they saw my dog was living with a make shift sweater .Great company they care about pets especially for situations like they knew somebody was doing with me and my 2 dogs”

“Henry Loves Betty has been a lifesaver since getting my dog Keene as a puppy last March. I can’t imagine going through the potty training stage without the help of their puppy program and daily walks. Now that he’s a bit older, I love sending him to daycare or social club to help keep him entertained and well socialized. They always give such thorough updates and I love getting pictures of Keene while I’m at work.I was SO happy to hear when they started offering dog grooming. Being that Keene is a doodle, I knew I’d need to find a trustworthy and reliable groomer for him to see regularly. Keene started first with a few puppy trims to get him comfortable with being groomed and handled, and then transitioned into getting full, adult cuts. My favorite thing about their grooming is that it’s only Aislinn and your dog there when they’re getting groomed. This not only allows for less distractions that could overwhelmed an uncomfortable dog, but means that Aislinn’s full attention is on your dog. Keene and I have both had such positive experiences with her grooming—with him being so excited to see her and “hangout”, and me always being impressed with how great he looks after.Overall, the whole staff is phenomenal at HLB! They are all so knowledgeable and truly treat your dog with so much love. If you’re considering using any of HLB’s services, I highly recommend—you will not be disappointed!!”
“I love this place ... not only do they sell birds and an array of bird accessories, but they allow you to interact with the birds in the shop. The birds are raised by the owners who are extremely informative and welcoming. This place is a must visit if you have a feathery friend.”
“We Adopted our first dog over seven years ago and he requires regular grooming every six weeks. Jayne our groomer at HPC, has consistently provided excellent service EVERY single time. I have never met a harder working professional. She has worked tirelessly even after surgeries or other tragic life events so that her customers’ pets were kept on schedule for their well being (the quality never suffered). Our community is immensely lucky to have this gem of a groomer.”
“You know not everybody owns a dog. It surprises me how there's more things for dogs and they're our cats. PetSmart has a lot of things for kitties. And it's also nice that this store has kitties you can adopt. So become a cat person and go there and adopt a cute kitty.”

“Pet Supplies plus in Albany N.Y. is the absolute % best supply shop for all your animal needs. Fantastic prices and super friendly staff that actually are knowledgeable about the store and their products. I am not a employee of the store but just a 2 pug mom that lives around the corner and knows where to shop for my pugs. Happy Holidays”
“I bought a pair of work boots for the winter on July 18th. I decided on August 26th that I wanted to get a refund. The problem that I thought that there would be was that the policy is that returns have to be within 30 days of the purchase. I was expecting to get stuck with store credit or no refund at all. I called the store to ask if an exception could be made to the policy or if I was going to be stuck with the boots. The gent that answered the phone was friendly and said that if I came in for the refund he was sure that I would be taken care of. I went in a few hours later and the cashier was friendly and refunded me the full amount after getting manager approval. Thank you for not sticking me with a card with store credit which always seem to get lost or they are never in your wallet when you decide to go to the store.”

“Just Killin time in the mall, walked in to look at the animals when I spotted this adorable high energy little bearded dragon. The staff was super knowledgeable about him and knew what I absolutely needed in order to take him home. I figured I could find an aquarium really cheap on line. So I asked if I could pay for him and comeback in a day or two. Found an aquarium, and picked up our little Rango the next day. Glad we stopped in !!!”
