One fork in the kitchen, no sheets available for the pullout sofa. When we rang the desk, they only sent up blankets, hoping we didn't notice there were no sheets (they confessed in our second call). They were out of many things. Room wasn't ready when we checked in around 8pm (WITH reservations).

I came because of the reviews and because it said they had a hot tub. All I wanted was a hot tub. And it had been down for months. That should be advertised.

I am a Platinum Member.Update: John (Front desk supervisor) fixed my issues with a smile and was very accommodating. If it weren’t for him my rating would have been very low and I probably would not have stayed here again. Thank you, John!
