Ally who assisted us could have not been more helpful. She went well beyond what we expected in having us choose and install new hardware (pulls) throughout our house. She made what we thought would be an arduous task into a very easy and stress free experience

Staff is nice enough but do yourself a favor and CHECK PRICES before you shop here. I'm always willing to pay a little more at a local brick & mortar but this place is consistently overpriced, sometimes wildly so.
