She has been so easy to work with from the start and throughout the project, which we have just completed in time for Thanksgiving, which was our goal. She quickly understood our needs and helped us pick out exactly what we wanted. She made great design suggestions along the way. She kept on top of the suppliers RBS uses and coordinated with the Contractor she recommended and was ahead of everything at all steps of the way, making it easy for us, even as we changed a few things during the process. Many thanks go to JoAnn for all of the above. The contractor she recommended is someone who is excellent--extremely professional, knowledgeable and honest and we are now continuing to work on other things with him as a result of JoAnn's connection. “Great assortment of materials including some specialty items not carried by HD and Lowe’s. Staff mixed bag. Many rookies and with such a large inventory it is admittedly difficult for them to know where everything is. Pricing is decent but 20%+/- over big box stores. Bottom line it is always good to purchase from local stores and gas stations even though it might be a little more costly. #buylocal”

“Would not have expected a True Value Hardware store in the middle of Easthampton, but here it is. This place is just packed to the rafters with anything you might need to fix a problem in your home. I did indeed find badly needed superglue (I got Gorilla Glue which is great stuff) amongst things to reissue electronic, appliance, outdoor problems. Of course they also have the seasonal area where you can find beach gear such as chairs, unregistered, etc. They were a little gruff, but still a great find in The Hamptons.”
