Not so with Masters Collision. From the moment I walked in Billy welcomed me like we've known each other all our lives, establishing a trust with honesty and compassion. Tracey the receptionist was also a delight to work with. Within a day my car was fixed, and yes, looking as good as new. And I did not have to miss a mortgage payment to pay for it. The charge for the repair was more than reasonable. I hope nothing ever happens to my car again, but should an accident find me, Masters will be the first and only collision shop I'll run to.”
“Excellent service! I had a flat tire with a torn sidewall and couldn’t safely drive my car. I walked to the shop, and by the time I arrived, they had already prepared the new tire. After I paid, one of the employees drove me back to my car and installed the tire there. This saved me a lot of time and also saved me from paying about $200 for a tow truck.
They were honest and told me I didn’t need a wheel alignment, so they didn’t try to sell me unnecessary services. Everyone was professional, friendly, and very helpful. I highly recommend this shop!”

Braulio was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure the work was handled properly. You can tell he takes pride in his job and in making sure customers leave satisfied.

“Pete is an honest business man. I brought my daughter's car there and he tracked down the problem. The battery was being drained by something. Another mechanic said it was the battery. It turns out that there was a remote start on the car that we didn't know about and He explained what was needed to me in a respectful way and did not talk down to me. It also turned out that the car needed an alternator. The cost was fair and he didn't price gouge! If you need somewhere to take your car for repairs, take it to front Street auto.
