All of their highly trained, experienced installers are fully updated on the latest installation techniques, as well as the proper use and application of urethanes to ensure your auto glass is installed to the highest industry standards (AGRSS guidelines). Staying updated on all the latest advances in installation and adhesive technology and going a step further than what is considered standard or expected is their commitment to quality and safe auto glass installations. It's their way of assuring 100% customer satisfaction. Customers have expressed their delight with the company's service. The initial phone exchange with Nancy was simple and pleasant, and arrangements were made within a day for them to replace the windshield at the customer's driveway. The staff was helpful and easy to work with, providing a perfect job on a 1990 Volvo 740 turbo windshield, restoring the original moldings intact and undamaged. Customers have highlighted the company's use of quality replacement, not inferior windshields, and the owner's, James, commitment to ensuring the job is done right and standing behind their work. The outstanding customer service, knowledgeable and talented technicians, and the ability to install genuine manufacturer windshields fully covered by insurance have earned the company high recommendations.
