He went through the entire book with me and was willing to give his opinion on different patterns that I asked about. Once the Roman shades were ready, which took approximately two weeks, he came back to my home and installed them. Tim was very neat and clean and the process was so simple. Once they were installed, he showed me how they worked and I absolutely love them! Tim is extremely professional and was able to answer all of my questions.
