My interaction with the team over at Riverhead Mazda service department was so impressive that I came back the following week to purchase a second car!!! Again I was treated with respect and a knowledgeable team effort to ensure my needs were met. Special Thanks to my sales advisor Robyn who made herself available to me even during her time off to answer questions and assisted with connecting me to onsite staff promptly. Gerson (sales manager) worked together seamlessly with Robyn from start of sale until the end. Again Riverhead Mazda Team went way above and beyond!

Phenomenal SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!! Thank you Greg Williams and your ENTIRE Service Team for providing me with respect. After purchasing a Mazda from another dealer in Huntington not only were you able to finally fix an on going issue that I had been having since day of purchase (from them the previous year) but you and your team went above and beyond to rectify my relationship with Mazda after their dealership dismissed and minimized my issue (while failing to present the product that I paid for with my hard earned money). You were HONEST, informative and attentive the moment I walked in which made my experience easy and amazing. Good people are hard to find, thank you for being one. “I took my Toyota RAV4 to Caliber Collision for repairs. It has been 3 weeks since they have it, I get a text every 3 days telling me what's going on so they are absolutely amazing on communication and getting things done. I just took a peek at it the other day and it is absolutely gorgeous. I picked it up today (10/22/24) and I am Very happy with Matt and all the workers that dealt with my car.”

“Called Azion Auto to get my car inspected after having registered it here from California. Ray was very kind and confirmed I can get the NY Inspection. I showed up just before 9am on 4/17 and it took about 35min for them to complete the inspection. Cost $40 and was super easy! If you need services done for your car, would recommend them!”

“I've been looking for a new car for the past few months and after having a 2015 Jetta that i've adored for a while, I decided I wanted to stick with another VW, but this time a GTI or Golf R or maybe a GLI. I've came in twice, once dealing with Ethan and the other with Christian. They both were awesome in being able to help me and give me information on the vehicles I was interested in. I haven't bought anything from there yet because I haven't found the right car for the right price. THAT BEING SAID, they have a used 22 Golf R that I adore- while they pride themselves on not going well over sticker the Golf R while being a year old and used was $10k over MSRP. While I do understand the demand for these cars is high- I have yet to see an R go so much over MSRP, a used one at that. The GTIs here are definitely cheaper here than anywhere else which I do appreciate tons and they stick to the whole MSRP deal. It's just quite frustrating because all other dealers have the opposite problem, $5-10k over MSRP for a GTI while a R stays MSRP. however there was a 2016 GTI going for $24k which still shows that they don't necessarily own up to the whole "we dont mark up". I've had an overall good experience though and may just be a little frustrated with the fact that I haven't found the right car yet, but Ethan and Christian and wonderful and real, and while certain cars were listed over MSRP- I get it it's business. I NEVER felt pressured to buy in the way I've felt anywhere else and that's why I'll keep coming back until I find my next ride. They were both very knowledge as well.”
