“I had an amazing experience getting my inspection done at Neptune! I needed an inspection ASAP and had already been waiting at another inspection spot (M***S) near Shirley for two hours, only to be told I’d have to wait even longer.
I came to Neptune, and they got me in and out in less than 10 minutes! They were extremely quick, responsive, and provided excellent service. Great couple of guys who clearly care about their customers and their business.
I wish them nothing but the best and continued success. Highly recommend Neptune!”
“I was camping in montauk on the outer beach. We packed up and left and while my wife and kids were in our vehicle behind me she calls and said somethings wrong with the truck. We pull over and the belt snapped so the truck wasnt able to limp home. As we scrambled at 9pm on a Saturday in amaganset to regroup and get home I found carmines number and called them for a tow home. Mentally prepared myself for an outragous fee because of where we were on a Sat night and needed quick assistance. I was pleasantly surprised that I was lucky enough to find his help. He has my business from now on when and if I need a vehicle transported again which im sure I will. If you need help for a situation like I did I would absolutely call him first. Its nice to know their are still good people in the world.
Thank you for coming through as expeditiously as you did to get my truck home so I can get it fixed for our next trip in 4 days!”

“You can always count on them to come to the rescue and help you out. For instance, my daughter had locked her keys in her car on the driveway. Not only do they do towing, but they will open up your vehicle and get the key out from inside thanks again.”

“A 5 Star rating isn't enough! Darrin makes you feel like yours is the only repair. He eased my stress by constantly communicating with texts and photos, explaining his findings and progress. The repair was done faster than expected and my car looks brand new! What a great job, a great guy and definitely the best place for anyone needing collision repairs.
