“I just had my 2nd good experience at Russo Brothers! I owe a huge thank you to Jerry, Sandy & the entire crew in the back of the house! Last year my new Elantra had sustained significant damage from another vehicle during an unfortunate road rage incident. Russo Brothers went above and beyond to make my new car new once again! They even timed the repairs to make sure that my rental car wouldn’t unnecessarily cost me any money out of pocket. Just the other day my door lock actuator froze up in another vehicle and the door was stuck shut. Although they normally do not do repairs of this kind they did me the favor of replacing the defective hardware inside the door at a crazy reasonable price. I cannot say enough good things about this shop. A+ Service!”

“The had the V-Power premium fuel which I wanted to try. I'm not exactly sure if it's the fuel, the cooler or the combination of the two that is making my car run so much better. The gas attendant was polite and pleasant. The pricing was better than most of the surrounding gas stations.”

“Tom (the owner) is the best mechanic I’ve ever used. He’s knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and timely with his work. I found Eurotechnic several years ago after another shop could not fix my car. I found Eurotechnic, and Tom fixed my car. Since then, I’ve taken both of our cars here and referred family to him. Everyone has been happy with his work. Tom has even replaced, for no charge, parts that have been recalled that I didn’t know about until he informed me!
Eurotechnic also owns a body shop. I had the same new car get hit twice while parked. Both times, Eurotechnic brought it back to look like it just rolled off the factory line.
I rarely write reviews. But this shop has earned my trust and my business, and they deserve the recognition.”

They evaluated it, found things that the dealer didn't, removed things that weren't necessary and my overall bill was 1/3 of what it would have been. My car drives like new. “So I started my journey for a NYS inspection at the service station located in the USA gas station at 311 Larkfield. They told me I needed new wipers, and they could replace them for 40usd. I told them I just replaced them this year with OEM Toyota blade inserts, they said they look old. Meanwhile they are not cracked and work perfectly in rain.I go to precision automotive next and they pass me, as they should have.My experience with this place is limited, but I think this is an honest mechanic.I also asked him to check the brake fluid and replace if needed. The first place wanted 165, Precision did it for half.”
“My wife’s 2022 VW Tiguan was burning through a quart of oil every 800-1,000 miles. The VW dealership’s response was “bring it back when the low oil light turns on again”. My wife’s family as well as my Uncle, has taken their cars to Sophia and the Fenix team for years, so I figured they’d be my next stop. Sophia was such a joy to work with. She was researching the issue on her own time so that she had a better understanding of what may be going on. She found there was a class action lawsuit for our model year for this issue, and that it unfortunately appears to be something internal in the engine design. Despite that, I asked if they could attempt replacing the PCV Valve just to see if it would make any difference. She gave me a great price for the work, and was super communicative with me. Unfortunately, the PCV valve did not fix the issue. Which Sophia did warn me about before I asked them to do the work, so she was right! During our conversations, Sophia mentioned that the newer VWs tend to develop issues, that after about 75k miles or so, things just start to go wrong. She basically recommended getting rid of it. We took her advice, and bought a Mazda. Thank you for everything Sophia and team!”
