“I sent my wife’s car to Smithtown Autobody recently and the minute I walked in i felt at ease when I spoke to the front desk. Then I spoke to Kevin and I discussed the dilemma I was in. The whole process was flawless from start to finish and the body shop is top notch. I had a cracked back panel on my wife’s Subaru forester. They fixed the problem and made the car look like it came out of the showroom.
Also to top it off they not only cleaned the outside of my wife’s car, they also cleaned my wife’s inside as well, and it was super clean which was unexpected but also very gratifying to see, and professional on all levels.

“Was in a jam on a projects and needed glass quickly. Called and left a message on a Saturday morning and at the time I was rolling my eyes thinking this is pointless. About 2 hours later I got a callback from Gino. He took his time with me, walked me thru what I needed as far as hardware tolerances and specs. I am a Cabinetmaker and went to 2 shops prior that couldn't be bothered to help me or needed a 3 to 4 week turn around time. Gino took my order on that Saturday afternoon and they were waiting for me to pick up on Tuesday morning. Really impressive and will definitely use them again.
