“A great experienced team of people. From the women that greeted me to the guys that worked on my car, everyone was wonderful. (Including the beautiful dog ) I highly recommend this place. As I mentioned to them I don’t write reviews but I had to share my experience. I brought my car in to troubleshoot a nagging water leak onto the driver side floor. They took my car right in and had 3 people tracking down the leak. They repaired the leak and sent me on my way and did not charge me for their service! I will be going there for all my future windshield needs and sending all my friends there as well. In this day and age it’s hard to find by people that you can trust to provide good service at a fair price. They certainly gained my trust today!”

“The roof of my car was damaged by this glass company when installing a rather large and heavy sunroof during a replacement job that was subletted to them by a dealership in Queens. The owner, Sal was extremely corporative, kind, understanding and just had overall great communication which is A LOT more than I can say about the dealership we were working with. He took ownership of the tough situation and made it right once we had a plan and information.
People in every industry and line of work from employees to owners of companies have and will continue to make mistakes, myself included! We are all human. It’s all about what you do to make things right, move forward and just being an honorable individual who keeps their word. And the owner of this company, Sal showed all these things with all of my encounters with him. He was also very kind but that’s irrelevant from the review. Anyway, it’s tough finding people like Sal out there, especially in the auto industry, in NY no less.

“I sent my wife’s car to Smithtown Autobody recently and the minute I walked in i felt at ease when I spoke to the front desk. Then I spoke to Kevin and I discussed the dilemma I was in. The whole process was flawless from start to finish and the body shop is top notch. I had a cracked back panel on my wife’s Subaru forester. They fixed the problem and made the car look like it came out of the showroom.
Also to top it off they not only cleaned the outside of my wife’s car, they also cleaned my wife’s inside as well, and it was super clean which was unexpected but also very gratifying to see, and professional on all levels.
