Management and staff were so great!!! #1 as far as car repair shops go!!!”

“I absolutely love this dealership !! Everyone I’ve ever met with has made a drastic dedication in making sure I get what I asked for or am pleased with the results. There was never any “pushing” in any of the departments and if I had a question, I was shown and explained to in the best mannerism possible. All departments, especially sales - will always take constructive criticism to ensure the next experience is not only great - but amazing ! I’ve learned so much in the process and am glad to have worked with everyone involved ! No other place I’d rather go to !”

“The engine issue light came on in my car while driving to Ellicottville for a visit. Although they were extremely busy, Chris & Laurie fit me in. Chris quickly assessed the issue, explained it to me, made a minor repair, and then had me test drive the car to make sure everything was ok. I could not be more thankful.”

“I had my truck break down last minute right out front of the Monroe Muffler in Springville. I walked in and asked if there was anything they could do to help and they totally saved my day! They worked on my truck in the parking lot and got it to their shop, and even offered a ride home after they closed up shop! Not only a good establishment but great people through and through!!!!!!”
