Highly recommend coming down and speaking with Jim Daggen! Whether you’re looking to lease or buy, he’s incredibly knowledgeable and patient. I had some concerns about which direction to go, but after sitting down with Jim, I felt so confident that I decided to purchase. He made the entire experience smooth and treated us like part of the Jeep family. Thank you, Jim, for your patience and for helping us find our new truck — we love it and will definitely be back!

What an awesome experience! I purchased my first used Wrangler from Browns, of course time to go back and purchase my new one! Jim Dagget was amazing! No pressure, he took the time to go over various options new, used, lease vs purchase. When numbers didn’t work he found a solution. Jim understood my vehicle needs and worked with me to get a deal done. Within a few hours, traded in my old Jeep and drove away in my new one!!! Highly recommend Jim and all the staff!

They will refuse to do your warranty/service work if you have not purchased from here. While it is their prerogative to do so given Stellantis abysmal treatment of its dealers, this is how the Jeep brand dies.
Keep in mind, a dealer cannot legally refuse to service a vehicle that is within its rights of the warranty policy.
Of course, no one would want them to touch their vehicle had they been denied service prior.
It makes me think this is not a good place to purchase from at all.

Worked with TJ Lusardi on the purchase of a 2025 RAM 1500. He was quick, professional and above all, fair. Massive savings on the truck with the year end sale from RAM but also wasn’t charged any hidden dealer fees. Also didn’t try to pitch any nonsense you can’t understand. Financial manager was quick. They coordinated with my insurance broker and the process was seamless. The truck went back for some after purchase work and that was done in a timely manner with excellent outcome. Would definitely recommend based on this experience alone. Thanks for taking good care of me!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Browns in Medford! This was my 2nd purchase with this dealership. Scott.Noethiger treated me with respect and patience, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident with my purchase. It’s rare to find a dealership that truly cares about their customers, but they do! I’ll definitely be coming back for my next vehicle.Sam in finance was efficient and made the process a smooth one. Thank you Scott, Sam, and the rest of the staff at Brown’s!!

I like this dealership they’re very good to me. I bought my 2016 Jeep Wangler Sahara six speed nine years eight months ago.. So I am a returning customer and I bought the new Jeep gladiator high tide which was a beautiful Jeep and I’m happy I did it. I am gonna miss my six speed manual, but it’s all good. Jim and Dave were my wore my salesman. They’re very nice people and they took very good care of me even the guy that does the loans and the warranties. He took care of me too and I appreciate everything and I’ll be going back there in the future .

Warning! Don't have your vehicle towed here! Once they know your backs against the wall, they will pin you! You will never know what was really wrong, could be a $5 fuse to $2000 key fab. I noticed the price went up $700 Everytime they called, 3 calls 2100 highly disappointed, armed robbery without a gun. Basically you could have no vehicle or pay whatever they say. I haven't seen BS from a repair shop in years, but I know it when I see it! Next they reply we don't recognize this customer, sorry your right you don't know me,it was a family member you got!

I have to give 1 out of 5 stars because they are unwillingly to help get my vehicle serviced at their Dealership, because I told them I bought my 2013 Jeep Wrangler at CARMAX since 2018, and told me that it was “their point of preference” (based on non-warranty work). Every Dealership is different, and they have every right to to deny service—whether it’s from the year/make/model... granted that. But I have never had any issues with getting my Jeep serviced at any Jeep Dealership regardless of its origin, even with my MOPAR Vehicle Service Warranty—regardless of warranty work or non-warranty work.
Some dealerships might discourage customers who didn't buy from them. This is because even warranty work and non-warranty work can be less profitable for the dealership than other service jobs, and they often prioritize their own customers. This serves as a FYI to any customer that has purchased a Chrysler/MOPAR vehicle elsewhere other than a Jeep Dealership.
