“Tom with Deiure Detailing did a great job and helped me out of a pickle. My wife needed to transport some coworkers on short notice and I had injured my knee earlier in the week to the point that I wasn't up to getting my truck cleaned up on short notice. I called a few other detailing businesses and they were all booked up for the next 10 days or so, but Tom was able and willing to come out the next day and do an interior and exterior detail. “I want to take a moment to share my experience with the amazing staff and management team at Delta Sonic in Penfield, NY.
On Monday, I accidentally lost my wallet at the store. I didn’t even realize it was missing until two days later.....by then, I was going crazy trying to figure out where I had last used it. Eventually, I remembered I had tipped the kind gentleman who cleaned the inside of my car, so I called Delta Sonic to check.To my relief, the management team told me they had found a wallet that matched my description. When I went in to see it, it turned out to be mine with nothing missing. In fact, there was even a bit more cash in it than I remembered having!
I can’t express how much this experience meant to me. I had been going through a tough time personally and had started to lose faith in humanity. But what the staff at Delta Sonic and that honest person did completely restored my faith. Their integrity, honesty, and genuine care really touched my heart.
A huge thank you to the entire Delta Sonic team and the good Samaritan who brought my wallet in. Your kindness made a lasting impact.... it’s something I’ll never forget.

“I recently moved upstate this past year. Krown (East Rochester) was my choice to undercoat my car for the first time in July. The office manager was fantastic. She was able to move my appointment up due to a cancelation.
Yes, the car did drip for a few days in the summer heat, but that was explained when I dropped off the car. They also washed the car before I picked it up.
5 stars in my book.. See you again in July 2026..”
