“Great company, great owner, great team. Worked closely with the owner and team and they made me exactly what i wanted and needed. The most superior, quality product. Don’t listen to the other reviews, this company is exactly what I was looking for”
“Cheryl was fantastic! My clients went to look for a new mattress, with not much idea of what they wanted. She was great with showing them different mattresses, and finding what worked best. She explained everything very clearly and was just amazing to work with. She also had no problem answering my questions as we went and, when checking out a pillow, informed me there was one open box, which I then purchased. I'll be returning when it's time for me to get a new mattress”
“JP was great to work with and we had a great experience. We were in the middle of our day of browsing for a new mattress when we stopped into City Mattress and met JP. He was friendly and helpful. He showed us different types of mattresses so we could understand the feel and differences. Once we found a type that we liked, JP showed us different brands and models in those brands. JP looked to us for guidance on our goal price point and showed us options that fit our needs. He showed us different discounts and sales they were running without pressure. He gave us space to try different options and discuss them. Since we had not shopped for a mattress in a while, it took us some time to try different options and he was patient and helpful throughout the process. JP was able to send us a quote for what we looked at so that we could decide on our purchase. When we asked for a quote on a different model, he was quick to respond and give us updated information. After we decided to make the purchase with JP, he made sure to go over the order with us to verify everything was correct and set up delivery for us. We could not have asked for a better experience and are enjoying our new mattress! Thanks JP!”
“Rare locally owned furniture store. Great store presentation and employees. We were between 2 recliners, one here and one at another store that was not available here. The staff was great, helpful but not pushy. The furniture is mid-cost, but good quality and the prices are very fair (I did my research). We ended up going with the other recliners (higher end) but I will definitely be back here in the future. We stopped by multiple times and dealt with different staff and they were all good and could answer all questions. Kudos to the owners for good employee training. Shout out to Zach and Charles ( I think I have the name correct) for great customer interaction.”
“I had a wonderful experience shopping at Ashley Furniture, and I especially want to recognize John for his excellent customer service! He was friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely took the time to make sure I got exactly what I came for. He made my entire shopping experience comfortable and stress-free. I highly recommend working with John if you visit Ashley Furniture!”

“Went to the outlet looking for a lift chair for my dad. They had several in stock however I am leaving tomorrow for Maine and wanted to bring chair with me. I worked with salesman and bought floor model. He helped with getting transaction completed and helped load chair into my vehicle. Kudos to the outlet!”
“I highly recommend Reese Willgens, He is very professional and patient. He gave me very good opinion, and also save money for me. Thank you so much! I really appreciate😊”
“Michelle M. has helped us furnish almost every room in our home and her design suggestions are always excellent. She has always been quick to respond, very knowledgeable and helpful and is wonderful to work with. All of the furniture we have purchased has been high quality and beautiful. Thank you!!”
“Very knowlegable and helpful staff. We went in to buy a patio umbrella stand but were impressed by their other products such a infrared and hybrid saunas, spas, pool tables, etc.”
“We are moving into a new house soon and needed a new couch and was recommended Lovesac, so we went in to make sure we actually liked the fabrics and how it felt. Eddie, was fantastic!!! He walked us through the angles, different types of filling, different fabrics, and all the positive of having a lovesac. Although we can’t make a big purchase until we officially close on our house, we will be coming back right after to buy the couch. Shoutout to Eddie who was amazing!!”
“Paul spent a lot of time listening to my requirements and guiding me to the right Stressless Recliner . He was very knowledgeable about his product and was a pleasure to work with .”
“I rarely write reviews but people are always quick to share a negative experience and rarely take the time for the good. In the spirit of the season I have to share how ecstatic I am over our new mud room furniture! We moved into our house a little over a year ago and I had been shopping for ideas to maximize efficiency in our mudroom. Everyone always enters through the garage instead of our lovely front entrance and the first thing they see is a pile of shoes and a few hooks on the wall. With 3 kids its always a mess! I looked online forever and met with various organization companies. Everything seemed overpriced for composite products, and nothing was exactly what I was looking for. We bought our bedroom furniture from Amish Exclusive and my husband reminded me to try there. After meeting with Rama, I was so pleased. I was able to custom design exactly what I wanted, in REAL QUALITY WOOD, for less money than particle board. Even better, I had hoped to have something before hosting Thanksgiving and it was delivered as promised. I am so grateful for this experience and my husband and I are already discussing future purchases!”
“i will just explain so you dont get confused basically a movie came out called the backrooms which is very popular and in this movie this guy called clark finds the backrooms in the back of his furniture store kinda a long story look it up if you want but ye if you get weird comments now you know why”
“Sales person was taking care of a person and two more people were waiting. He came over and explained that he’d be with us in just a few minutes. He was very courteous and did just as he said. He made the selection of bed and mattress very easy with lots of explanations and suggestions. I was very happy with my experience at city mattress.”
“My husband and I decided we wanted a new dining room table and chairs and were extremely happy that we chose to walk into Webster Interiors Furniture & Home Decor. We were greeted by Ric and he was extremely patient and helpful with what we were looking to purchase. He showed us a number of options to choose from and choices of wood colors to select for the table along with fabric choices for the chairs. We were able to take home samples which helped in order to select the proper color to compliment our flooring and decor. We went back the very same day, chose the style table, size and chairs to accommodate six people comfortably. We were thrilled to find out that the table is made by the same company, Canadel in Canada, that we purchased a number of years ago and still looks brand new! It is well made, sturdy and attractive.
It was such a pleasure working with Ric and being given personal attention and shopping at a locally owned business.
I highly recommend shopping at Webster Interiors Furniture & Home Decor if you are in search of changing out the old for new and updating your personal taste. For a small showroom, they have lots to show and offer.
Thank you, Ric, for making this a painless purchase!”
“Abode is such an eclectic store of beautiful things! From Vintage items to quality furniture made in Ohio (therefore a smaller imprint on this precious planet) A+.
We purchased a dining room table and chairs. Then, decided to go back for our new couch.
Their designers are top notch. Dani was very patient allowing us take a variety of swatches home. We never felt rushed or pushed into anything. They were there to make our time, a good time!
Dani, Beth, Briton and Arianne made us feel sooooo at home.
Great choices, great products.
Before making any final decisions, head to Abode - you’ll be amazed!”

“Sweet Charity is a 5 star shopping and browsing experience. As you walk through the exquisitely displayed furniture and decorative accessories you tell yourself --Iam visiting this store often. And you do! Everytime you visit, you experience and purchase your new favorite pieces. Such as a leather sofa, an oriental area rug or a beautiful piece of jewelry. You will enjoy the different areas of the store gracefully separated from each area. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Each purchase is carefully wrapped and presented with a smile. In summary ,treat yourself and visit this charity thrift shop which benefit The Advent House (hospice care).”
“We met with the owner of Walsh Custom Concepts this past spring to discuss placing a Shade Tree vinyl Pergola on our patio. Before making our final decision Steve answered multiple questions and concerns for us via emails and took time out of his busy schedule to return to our home on several different occasions before finalizing our plans. Each time he was patient, understanding and extremely professional which brought us to the conclusion to do business with his company . Last week Steve and his 2 sons completed our outdoor project and we couldn't be happier with the final results. We would highly recommend Walsh Custom Concepts and would use his company again!”
“Very knowledgeable staff! Very helpful on questions we had. What sold us on what we bought was your customer service and the quality of the products we purchased.”
“I had a great experience shopping for furniture at Sequels. Beth was very helpful and made the whole experience easy. Plus I found the perfect dining table & chairs.”

“VERY happy with Ted's! We needed a few office chairs for a 4 month stay in Rochester and we found two at a reasonable price that worked perfectly. The service was wonderful and personable, and the quality of the chairs was fantastic. Though we no longer live in the area I would highly recommend if you do and need office furniture for your business this is the place to go. Thank you Ted's!”
“Great customer service! They have so many beautiful chairs to choose from. I’m so happy with my La-Z-Boy chair. I’m thinking of getting another one. Everyone loves it!”
“Found Nick and Casual Furniture Solutions approximatley 10 years ago…living in the desert I have ordered all my umbrellas from him over the years…his personable service, courtesy and knowledge have helped me create a beautiful back yard with much needed shade! I’ve had good umbrellas before but the high quality umbrellas I’ve bought from Nick have stood the test of time and the relentless desert sun.”

“What a warm inviting, modern shop that screams a subtle elegance yet offers unique products for diverse tastes.
Robin’s passion is apparent when she mentioned that she personally converses with the sellers. Her exceptional customer service is to be admired. A lady who has an impeccable eye for incredible timeless pieces that will spark a conversation.
From furniture, artisan objects, books, handbags, lights, candles and many many more items will keep you busy if you are looking for a gift for that special someone or to treat yourself. You won’t be disappointed.
The shop is spacious yet feels warm and inviting.”
“A gorgeous store to pop into and shop decor, special touches for your home, and other unique, high end gifts! I've attended a meeting here and shopped around, and am so impressed by the sheer volume of offerings. This is one of those spots to check out if you're looking to up the gorgeous factor in your home, or get design inspiration. They also have an events and rental arm of this business, where you can rent goods and host events within the space. I can't wait until the next time I am able to pop into Warehouse127 and grab a gorgeous candle or some new coasters. I highly recommend swapping your West Elm trip for a Warehouse127 trip to support local and keep your dollars directly in our community. Happy local shopping!”
“Almost a year later now, but I loveeee my “new” mattress still. After returning three different ones I read raving reviews about online, I finally found a nice firm one I like here and at a good price! They delivered it and there was no pressure annoying sales people either. I’ll look here again someday when that time comes!”
“Drivers - Don't come in off Anderson. Shipping/receiving is the building north of the business entrance. Come in from either Circle or Goodman and go through the back parking lots. The dock is at an angle (green rectangle in the pic is your truck) and there's a gravel spot in the weeds towards the train tracks you can use to pull up.
Friendly staff and quick unloading.”

“My wife and I recently purchased patio furniture for our growing family at Pettis Pools & Patio. We had visited the store previously and knew they sold the quality furniture that we wanted. The table expands to sit 10 and was perfect for what we were looking for. Jimmy took all the time we needed to understand what we were interested in while answering all our questions. It was obvious he knew about every piece of furniture in the store. We leveraged his extensive experience to select a stunning patio set. It was simple. We are excited about the numerous weekend dinners we will have with our family and friends. Thanks Jimmy!”
