“Updating my review 6 years after I originally posted it. I’m on my 3rd car with Vesa’s and I won’t go to any other shop in town. Everyone here is very knowledgeable and kind! They take their time to explain things when needed and they know how to work with a budget. I used to get my oil changed here but now that I have space to do it at home I’ve been doing it myself. They still treat me the same as always when I come in for work I can’t do at home. Really amazing folks here.”
“While the crew was short staffed and very busy they replaced my battery quickly and got me back in the road within half an hour. It was the easiest part of my day. Very courteous too.”

I have a regular oil change scheduled at my mechanic every 3 months but due to extenuating circumstances I have been driving a lot more and needed service earlier. “I have gone to seasonall on a few different occasions to have my car repaired. Each time that I have been there the customer service has been great. I am very pleased with the work that they do on my car. And I've shopped around at other automotive centers and they are by far my most respectable one. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a place whether new or not to get your car repaired.”
“Very friendly and neat inside. Don’t dare judging by outside of book. Very impressed and clean inside shop I ever see for any small auto shop before. Plus very quickly service and honest. “Dan and the crew automotive repair crew went above and beyond.
I brought my SUV in because the transmission light was on and Dan was able to diagnose the problem immediately.
I brought in my car a few days later they ordered the part and a few hours later I was back on the road.
I highly recommend the shop because the price for repair was very fair and working with them was not stressful for me.

“Just got my car washed and dried at the Penfield Delta Sonic location. I want to thank Amonte for the outstanding job he did drying my car. He took extra care to make sure my windows were dry, streak free and spotless. Amonte was very friendly and personable. I was greeted with an enthusiastic hello and an inquiry as to how I was doing. My car is spotless thanks to the care Amonte took. It is obvious he takes pride in his work and provides excellent customer service. He definitely deserves employee of the month. Thanks Amonte!”
“Noah is the first person you’ll meet when walking in and he’s pleasant and extremely patient. He’s great with customers and finding a resolution to any issue that may occur. ‘Pretty Eyes’ (you’ll know him when u see him🥹) is great at getting to deep issues no one else can resolve. I am pleased with the outcome of service i received from this wonderful and pleasant company. Good customer service is important but the level of service received is crucial. Again, I am pleased.”

“Well the first valvoline I went to in Victor Ny wasn’t a great experience
Where I waited inline only to find out that they were out of full synthetic oil
So I had to drive 25 minutes out of my way to another of your stores in Penfield NY
Where I had a wonderful experience at The Penfield store there was a young lady and a young man were working short handed and got me done faster than I usually get done when fully staffed
I gave Valvoline a second chance
Luckily The 2 young folks at The Penfield store won my business back
They deserve recognition
The 5 stars I am giving you is only because of the them
I was very disappointed in The Victor store making me wait only to find out that they didn’t have the oil I needed

“Couldn’t be more pleased with the team at this location. The fastest and most efficient experience I have ever had with any of my vehicles. Oil change, cabin air filter, engine air filter and tire rotation all done in under 25 minutes. Thank you Dylan, Donny and Genesis . A+ Work and Customer Service. “Received an oil change today at this location, it was the most unbelievable experience! Everyone was so kind and talked me through the entire process start to finish. Michael, the manager was extremely thorough and knowledgeable, organized, and aware. The way he spoke with his staff was so refreshing to see he made sure everybody was where they needed to be while being super positive and kind to everyone involved. “I had a low tire pressure light on my Ford Edge and called Henderson immediately since I'd only had the vehicle a few months. They told me to take it to their service center and gave me the best times to go to the Fast Lane to have it checked out. When I got there, there was no wait for getting it in. It took about 30-40 minutes to find out I had picked up a nail and they had fixed it. The best part was there was no charge! Thank you Henderson Ford!!!!!”
“Customer service was great! And the people were nice. The only thing I was disappointed with was the oil left on my car door handle. When I went to open my car the next day my hand slipped off and was all oily. I get that an oil change involves oil and might not be the cleanest. but I just feel like I shouldn't be getting oil on my skin at all. Overall its a not big deal but maybe worth mentioning in the review. I'd still recommend this location. And I'm not trying to write a bad review lol. ill be back for another service in the future.”

“Usually this place is somewhat disconnected but I was lucky to have engaged an employee by the name is Santos who was a true professional. I had scheduled 4 tire replacement, The counter staff was a bit harsh but once past her I met Santos who then showed me my online tire purchase and said the job would be complete in 45 minutes. To my surprise it was 20 minutes for job complete. On the way out Santos reminded me of the free tire rotation interval. I recommend Walmart tire serviceService: Tyres”
