“2015 Ram 1500 with 6 speed transmission that gave up on me after 177k miles. Took it to Vanessa and her team to get it checked and found out that needed to be rebuilt or a new one. Vanessa was very informative and gave me nothing but her honest opinion and the choices that I had. Because she didn’t push me to make a fast decision i went home and was able to think about it for a couple of days. I decided to pull the trigger and get a new transmission with Vanessa and her team. Let me say this was the best experience i have had with a shop. Vanessa didn’t just earn me getting the transmission from them but they also earned my trust for future repairs on any of my cars. Yes, the car did drip for a few days in the summer heat, but that was explained when I dropped off the car. They also washed the car before I picked it up.

“When it comes to my vehicle care I'm very strict about it. Take care of your stuff.Yesterday my oil change was due. I had my appointment scheduled. During the last couple of weeks I had had some tailgate problems when I would open it. The latch was worn out. So I mentioned it to Tom Anne the service director. I also wanted the 4-wheel drive checked. They had done a repair on it last year. Tom directed his staff to check these extras during my oil change.Well everything went perfect. My tailgate latch was covered under my warranty as was my 4-wheel drive. It pays to get a warranty!!!The service department at VanBortel is one of the best run service departments I've ever dealt with. They take care of the customer.”
“Ford issued a recall for the EcoSport I bought in 2021. I brought my car in for repair at the end of October, 2025. I picked the car up yesterday, Jan. 24. VanBortel Ford lent a car for my use for the 3 months my car was waiting for parts, then waiting for the only technician trained to fix the problem. Imagine my gratitude for the use of the loaner with my only cost being refueling! I sing my praises for the Service Department personnel and the coordination of tasks they perform. “I started bringing my Rogue to Jared, Ron and the crew at 50k miles. Here we are years later approaching almost 200k.
These guys are honest, get you in and out as quickly as possible and I never have to go back. The repairs are always done right.
I literally don’t care about Nissan but when it’s time for my Rogue to be sent out to pasture I 100% be buying another Nissan so my boys can keep it in top shape.
Most people say dealers are more expensive etc, etc. But that is not what I’ve found taking my vehicle here.”
