My appt was scheduled for 8:45am and was walking out of the dealership by 9:40 am .Had no issues after the services were performed . Waiting room was comfortable and had more than enough space to work while my vehicle was being serviced. Will definitely continue my service with Hoselton chevy for the future . The friendly assistant manager, JD, stopped what he was doing and came to help me with all four tires. When the light was still on, the smiling and knowledgeable Terrel came to check the sensors. “Returned the car in good condition, detailed inside and out, and everything in working order. Communication was good with emails and phone calls. Took longer than antispated, but that was mostly due to two additional supplement approvals needed from insurance. Also, car was returned needing washer fluid. But I'd recommend and use them again.”

“When it comes to my vehicle care I'm very strict about it. Take care of your stuff.Yesterday my oil change was due. I had my appointment scheduled. During the last couple of weeks I had had some tailgate problems when I would open it. The latch was worn out. So I mentioned it to Tom Anne the service director. I also wanted the 4-wheel drive checked. They had done a repair on it last year. Tom directed his staff to check these extras during my oil change.Well everything went perfect. My tailgate latch was covered under my warranty as was my 4-wheel drive. It pays to get a warranty!!!The service department at VanBortel is one of the best run service departments I've ever dealt with. They take care of the customer.”

“Vanbortel is the place to go. Yet anotheer great experience with QuickLane. Needed to get my daughters car some new tires as she was riding on her originals from a lease. Decided to keep the car so went to VanBortel for the tires. Denise went thru some tires she thought might be a good fit!! “My wife and I came in looking for a pickup truck. We were assigned to salesman Paratha Saha. It was the most wonderful experience with a used car salesman I've ever had. He was not pushy at all. He was very knowledgeable about the truck. A real personable guy..then we met the finance guy Steve Weston again not pushy very knowledgeable got us excellent financing. We sat and talked about cars for an hour and a half.. another great guy to deal with.. I can't say enough good about my experience with this dealership.. I highly recommend looking for your next used car at hosleton.. if you can ask to see these two guys. Update..The battery died on the new truck I called paratha he got right on it. Hosleton sent a guy E Fredrick to check the battery at my house. He determined that it was bad. He said he would come back and pick up the truck tomorrow and have hosleton replace the battery. The next day he showed up and picked up truck took it to dealership replaced battery and returned truck in a few hours very happy with Mr Frederick and the whole hosleton team..”
