“The Victor store has been a life saver for myself and husband. We have both battled with plantar fasciitis in the last 12 months, and the staff at the Victor Fleet Foot gave us all the resources to help aid in our recovery. I noticed an immediate change in my husband’s walking after he was fitted with the proper size sneaker and arch/heel support insert. “So, I bought the new Aventon Adventure M ebike July 29, 2025. The ebike was better than even my highest expectations, until the bike had a rare failure. I brought it to Jamie at Rochester Fit and Cycle and was blown away with his quick analysis of the problem, his plan of action, his intimate knowledge of ordering the correct part to fix it, his follow thru, his professional transparency and his communication skills with me. Jamie is as good as it gets. This place is simply the best with its products and service. Bravo !!!”
“WOW. This is the most incredible place to find good sneakers. They analyze your feet to find the best shoes to correct any issues. If you have pain in your soles after standing a while, they will find sneakers to fix that. Have soreness in your arches? They will find sneakers with added support. The staff is absolutely phenomenal, assisting and building a relationship with each customer. I really cannot recommend this place enough, I will be telling everyone I know about this place!

“After a 20yr competition/league bowling break. I decided to get back into the mix. I went to the store and the owner Chris was amazing! He took the time to explain to me all the advancements with equipment since I last bowled. I was able to select equipment with no pressure and he was able to get me set up that day with everything I needed! “Love this store. Its like a TJ Maxx or Marshall's but for more outdoor and active merchandise. Its neatly organized, thry have great deals and all of the stuff is great quality. Name brands and a lot of interesting gear. Everything from toothpaste to purses to camping equipment. Definitely check it out.”

“Hunting Horn is one of the nicest specialty retail establishments I have been into, really anywhere. The staff are always knowledgeable and friendly, and the stock levels are excellent. Even when something is missing, they're quick to be able to order it. All of them seem to be pretty deeply involved in the riding world, and are able to recall stories or incidents from years ago. Frankly, if every shopping experience was this good, no one would ever bother to go online - I look forward to every visit.”

Plus assisted in folding my tarp! Would gladly deliver here any day! Was in and out everything put away 30 minutes!!! Unheard of in the flatbed world to be treated and helped like everyone here did!!”

“It's a good place if you need competitive swimwear. Yes, it's easy to order online, and sometimes there are deals online, but you never know with the fit how things will work out. One of my kids tried on a bunch of suits there for their swim team, and I was really impressed by the owner. Nothing fit right, and the owner actually helped us see that. It would have been very easy for the owner to push us into buying one of the suits, but she carefully pointed out how the fit wasn't working. She saved us money and heartache (who wants a kid wearing an ill-fitting suit in their first big meet)? Our other experiences there have been good too. The opportunity to try on suits is helpful, and the prices are reasonable for the quality. All the suits we've ended up getting there have worked out great. It's a good idea to call first if you have your heart set on something, since they won't always have all the inventory (we found out the hard way with parkas) but definitely worth a try, especially for suits.”

“It's a nice store and very well kept. It's just very expensive unless you're buying their house brand. The REI brand is great quality and reasonably priced when you compare it to big camp brands. Typically I'll only buy the REI brand is e shop the big name brands, but then purchase them elsewhere for lower prices.”

“Amazing sports store. Decent collection of throwback NFL jerseys. Good NFL hat selection. Prices are all pretty reasonable (got a Pat Tillman throwback jersey for around $90 - very reasonable price as same jersey online is about $150). Definitely have to return at some point.”

“I'm giving this business a 5 because they have an amazing selection of stuff (relatively speaking anyway) in a great location. Capacity is one of the only places in Rochester that I'm aware of that sells well-curated hypebeast paraphernalia in a welcoming setting. The store was full of Supreme products, collectibles, Nikes and products from various recent rap tours. They accept cards and it seemed that they will also buy stuff, making it feel like a community-minded business. I purchased a Supreme x Les Enfants Terribles t-shirt for $27 - be warned that numerous items in the store retail upwards of $100 and $200 despite being used. This is a place for the savvy consumer, not to just randomly walk in to grab something for your kid / SO / friend without doing some research. Overall, I think this business has definite room to grow, but I had a good experience there and I encourage anyone with an interest in fashion, aesthetics or culture to check it out!”
